Quick one nigh stay. Great views of city with easy access. Next to thermal spa but didn't use. Great restaurant and wine list. Close to other local bars and restaurants

Lovely hotel in a nice French Town. I wasn’t expecting a hotel of this level when booking it. Great room actually two rooms and excellent staff who parked my car in their internal car park.

We had the most wonderful welcome with reserved parking. Rooms were excellent and the staff friendly and obliging. We did not use the spa facilties as it was just a one night stop.

Somewhat grand hotel in a fairly dense part of town. Excellent restaurant, with friendly staff. Large public paid parking lot outside.

Beautiful hotel just outside Clermont Ferrand with easy parking and an excellent fine dining restaurant. We didn’t try the spa but enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool.

Beatiffull hotel

We arrived very late due to a difficult journey but were received in good humour. We needed a room on a floor close to the ground because our three dogs who came with us and we were swiftly moved from the 5th to 2nd floor despite it being close on midnight. We then having sorted ourselves out and took the dogs for a walk from which we did not return until 2am. The night porter was extremely patient. At breakfast the next morning on the terrace it began to rain and then thunder. Your staff did everything they could to make us comfortable by providing access to a terrace room. One of our dogs was however, petrified by the thunder and lightening. We continued to eat breakfast on the terrace under parasols. The service was excellent. So too the room and the hotel as a whole. Good value although hotel a little tired and couldn’t get food was directed to alternative premises!

What was a truly fantastic hotel is now a little tired for 5 stars. The spa is no longer included in the price and has gone down hill since our last visit. The service in the bar was sporadic at best and the restaurant had no menus in English and only one waiter who made a great job of trying to translate for us. He was the highlight of our stay.

Perfect hotel. I wish I could stay there longer. The rooms with a view are very nice and breakfast is outstanding. Thanks for your welcome.

The room was rather small but comfortable. The dinner we ate in the Restaurant was fabulous! Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the spa facilities which looked wonderful. The Hotel staff were extremely friendly.

Good hotel, did exactly what we needed for a stop over travelling through France. Comfortable and quiet.

Very well appointed rooms BUT on our 2nd stay the double room was too small to be even a single. Restaurant expensive and menu undecipherable to an English person with complicated set menus. I mistakenly ordered some thing from a set menu as I am vegetarian and was charged for whole set menu.

Very accommodating to weary travellers, took a short notice booking and gave us a lovely suite with excellent facilities. Very handy for Vulcania and Puy De Dome. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Excellent views from 7th floor bar.

Lovely hotel, with an amazing roof terrace. Good sized, clean bedrooms. Wonderful breakfast.

In no way is this a 5 star hotel we refused a hot meal in the restaurant on the night we arrived and no alternative hot meal was offered i.e. no in room menu was available. I suggested a compromise that my partner and I had a single main course in the bar area this was flatly denied. The staff were officious and unfriendly with no help given to find an alternative restaurant. definitely not recommended as a luxury hotel.

Super service, room was large and clean. Their breakfast buffet was extremely generous and so tasty. Their restaurant for Dinner was outstanding!

We loved our stay at the Hotel Princess Flore. We had a great time visiting the Puy du Dome and the spa was very relaxing. The restaurant on the roof was delicious and the staff was very helpful.
