Pretty much everything looked and worked as expected. Great location near UCF and free parking & breakfast. My wife found the pillows too soft but the front desk offered us a firmer one. Lina was very accommodating and service oriented.

The property was clean and very nice. However, the hot tub didn’t work our entire stay. The pillows were upper soggy and soft but the mattress was extra firm and flat. The air get really warm in the middle of the night and the fan stop circulating the air. The property is located in a perfect spot for dining and easy access to the highways.

Ac unit was quite noisy, room a little tired. Location was great, as we needed to be close to UCF. Decent breakfast.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The property was clean, newly remodeled and all the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was a full breakfast and delicious. We will be back!

The hotel was a convenient location fpr the purpose of my ttip; which had me gone about 65% of the time. The bed was absolutely horrific! I could feel EVERY SPRING and COIL in that mattress. I sleep on a very expensive memory foam at home. I wasn't expecting a purple mattress or an adjustable bed, just something that didn't feel like a sinkhole in the middle of the mattress. I would definitely stay here again even with that. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming and the breakfast is pretty darn good too.

The property is great for short visits, it’s clean and they have good customer service. The waffle makers need to be cleaned or replaced. The breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious.

The parking is challenging in the area. The hotel and the staff help me navigate it the most economical way!
