A very nice place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The establishment wrre also clean and tidy. Downside was the location, it's a bit far from karuizawa station, it took 5 minutes bus ride from there.

Far enough from the train station, you should use a taxi, charge to the hotel about 1300 yen
