Is really nice place close to everything and the people working there are nice and friendly. That’s the way I like.

my has no refrigerator and no air-condition. there wasn't safety deposit box until i asked for one.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I eat the same breakfast for one week they need to change up the menu , but the breakfast was good. Place need to upgrade to more modern features. I know it a Spanish speaking country but at least have bilingual speaker to help with English travelers.

Location and staff were excellent.

I understand it's a very old hotel, with remodeled areas, but they weren't offered to me, even though there was room. Outside, there's SO MUCH noise, and all day and all night, between street vendors and the commuter train, it kept me awake. The outside is terrible, with too many homeless people and fruit carts parked everywhere, blocking access to the parking lot. The parking lot is a real, unlit cave, very intimidating. I definitely don't recommend it and wouldn't stay there again. They should at least post all this on the page where I made the reservation so there aren't any surprises.
