An amazing breakfast buffet included. Two great pools one being a lap pool. Lots of seating around the pools. Rooms were clean and nice and staff were good. Cross the road to get to the beach. Maybe 200 M away

Not used to largish hotel but this one maintains some tranquility. Breakfast was a bit chaotic but the offering was excellent. The coffee was very good on comparison with other hotel breakfast offerings. A well run hotel where the team know what they need to do and do it well, not an easy thing to achieve. Excellent bed and shower too!

Great hotel and only a short walking distance to the beach. Multiple restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff were nice! I appreciate the small gift they gave my mom for her birthday (a small white wine). It was truly appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel. And a bonus for them to have the option for transportation from airport to hotel and back. It made our transportation much easier.

Modern, quiet, spacious and very clean. We loved our stay in Las Gaviotas. The included breakfast was very convenient and they serve very good food.

A classy property with lovely staff; comfortable rooms and amazing food!

Nice staff and pool areas. The premier rooms aren't that great. The curtains don't cover the windows and there is no full length mirror (which is essential in my opinion). The rooms are badly laid out. The high table is a waste of space (I can't imagine anyone would sit there). Having the sinks beside the bed isnt ideal and there is clear wear and tear in the room due to cheap finishes. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I am not sure that was worth the room rate.

Perfect stay for a cycling holiday for the Mallorca 312 race. Close to the start line, absolutely cyclist friendly - bikes can go into rooms, cycle kit can be washed for you, breakfast caters for all tastes, loads of fruit, cooked food, yoghurts, cereal. Sauna and swimming pools are amazing as well as massage which can be booked at the reception. staff was wonderful - everything we asked for was possible and doable. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice bigger than expected hotel with lots of trees as a peaceful base near the very busy Muro beach, staff are mostly friendly and helpful. Two big pools one adults only which is good for doing lengths and quiet as kids pools get busy. We booked a suite thinking it would have a divisible room (as the photos show) but beware some don’t so we asked to move as we wanted one, which they obliged, but it meant moving from a high room with a nice view to a ground floor dingy/dark room as that’s all they had left. The rooms are ok, the beds are all singles (pushed together) and uncomfortable, some of the sofas are a little old and stained. Food and buffet is fantastic, a good selection and great value for the dinner.

Rooms are large and clean. Good food variety and quality. Restaurant is NOT Covid friendly: the hotel was packed there was no staff facilitating the food serving--everybody was touching the tongs or food with own hands. Dinner host "Juan" was extremely rude and unhelpful. Cleaning staff

The staff food resort and location was perfect nothing was any issue to the staff the only downside is they could have had better evening entertainment

PRO: Very nice clean family property one block from the beach 3 pools, one olimpic lap pool that should be converted to an adult pool not lap beds on hard side - perfect for my husband and I Spotless linen sheets Excellent breakfast and dinner. lots of variety Staff very friendly and helpfull CONS: You pay for water. coffee in the evening - weird the 1st time i saw this. This should be taken into consideration by the management We will come back if the another opportunity arises

Have had a very good time overall. Staff was very good, hotel was superb, few swimming pool options, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good however there is space to improve. We will be happy to go again

Pool area was attractive,relaxing and immaculate. Really missed a full -length mirror in the bedroom - an absolute must in my opinion. I'm not a coffee or tea drinker but my daughter missed that facility.

Great staff. We had a suite with a large balcony. Stayed half board and the food was excellent with a large variety to suit most tastes. Enough sun loungers and people didn't seem to reserve them which is a pet peeve. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great setup here. We had a family 4 day break with a 2 bedroom suite. Pools fab for the kids, sunshine all day and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. When they found out it was my daughters birthday they laid out a beautiful reserved breakfast table with sparkling wine and non alcoholic fruit cocktails for the kids and the staff treated us like royalty. In short - amazing trip and we will be back !
