I bought the breakfast for an extra 21 a day and they would only give me credit for 18. I was cheated out of money and they did not care. Samantha at the front did not care and said there was absolutely nothing she could do to help

It was my first time going there and it was incredible. Best service

Our Valentine’s Day celebration could not have gone better, we free found street parking in front of the hotel, so we saved a few dollars, had a delicious dinner at Mamacita’s restaurant, then walked to a breakfast place nearby the next morning. The room was clean, comfortable bed, but it was located near the elevator which made it noisy, we could also hear the people in the next room.

I’ve stayed before and was excited to stay again!

One of the bar lady’s was really rude and felt like I couldn’t enjoy my stay.

The advertisement for this hotel should say, without a doubt, literally next to the highway and insecure parking. Also, that is under construction.

While we did get a room upgrade, the bathroom was not clean at all. Thank goodness we were only there one night.

Daily room cleaning

The only reason i didn't give it a 4/5 is because at 6am in the morning, I wanted to take a shower before my meeting, and there was no hot water. It was awful to have to sponge bathe before leaving.

The room was hot all night. The AC unit do not work. I called from the three times. They never showed up hot water take 45 minutes to come out. I had to shower with the cold water and pretty much separate in the bus not good at all.

Professional and friendly staff. Beautiful clean room. Lively bar- please stop making margaritas with seeet and sour mix! The vibe at the bar begs for fresh lime!!

Music in the bar downstairs was very loud. I have stayed here before years ago and I remembered the dining and bar/pool feeling very upscale. This time it felt like more of a loud party atmosphere. Not what I was looking for.
