First room we were assigned to had stained comforter and sheets, pillows smelled like the cases hadn’t been changed. Light fixture in bathroom didn’t work. We asked to change rooms, which Christi easily obliged. The comforter was better the pillows and towels didn’t smell very fresh. Bathroom mirror frame noticeably needs to be touched up with paint. Rust spots on bathtub need cleaning, yes there is a product that can take out rust or replace the tub. Headboard needs to be cleaned and polished. Looked like someone was “getting busy” against it. The rooms just need someone to get in and clean all the nooks and crannies.

They had the best biscuits & gravy of any hotel I've ever stayed in. It was delicious and tasted like homemade.

It was nice. The room was very spacious and the hotel seemed extremely well-kept and fancy. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast.

Average hotel, not crazy about the shower-no door or shower curtain-worst part is nothing to hang your towel on. The back if the door had a hook on it but you still have to get out of the shower dripping wet to get the towel. What an easy fix it could be! Breakfast was ok-nothing exceptional to write home about. With all the choices in Amarillo we’ll try somewhere else next time.

Our water was out in our apartments and the receptionist got us a room quickly and the hotel was amazingly clean and quiet

We were so exhausted when we got here so didn't enjoy the facilities however everything was pretty nice. Room to lobby!

Nice rooms and decor

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. I did request my receipt be emailed but have yet to receive one. Other than that a pleasant stay.

Great location for whatever you need to do in Amarillo.

for the price it was an outstanding value

This is a great hotel with a staff and is professional and friendly. The room was a good size and included enough outlets to recharge all of our electronics. The location was great and very convenient.

We love that the Outback restaurant is right next door

Hotel was some what clean, bed was comfortable but the lady that does the breakfast was it helpful saw that food ran low and did not get it refilled until 29 minutes after it was done! She looked angry the entire time!

Liked that there was a walkin shower in the bathroom instead of having to step into a bathtub to shower. The only negative thing re this property was a very strange unpleasant smell in the pool area

Dining area was very clean and had many options. Room was clean and there were plenty of towels.
