It was difficult to communicate with the staff at the front desk because they couldn't understand English. Very poor room service, our room wasn't vacuumed for two days and we had to call the manager to see it herself. The breakfast was very good and the staff in charge of the breakfast were excellent. The outside garden.was poorly managed, it needs a much better attention.

Staff was great. Gym equipment is outdated.

The closest train station is ~15 minutes walk away. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Jim was very helpful at the hotel. All of them staff were also quite supportive.

Elevator is slow, I waited for 4 times to get down from floor 31. Suggest to choose higher floor so you would be easier to get in

Breakfast was not good and less choices, which is very important.

Front desk staffs are very well educated, friendly, and helpful. The house keeper at 36 floor was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great to start a fresh day. Room was clean and cozy. Overall, a wonderful experience at this Marriott. Thank you all!

I enjoyed the stay. Second time booking the hotel. Will return. The food in the restaurant and room service was very good, though on the expensive side. Staff are all very professional.
