Very comfortable and excellent services. Room space very big. Very nice, yummy dinner buffet. Various selections of breakfast.

Terrible hotel that you should avoid at all costs.

Room condition is excellent especially the bathroom which is very spacious and warm with separate air conditioning control. The landing area is a nice touch. Bed is very comfortable. TV is big and sharp. The only thing is that we did not get a welcome fruit platter which we got all the other hotels. View from the window is also great. Hotel is one block walk from nearest subway station. Neighbourhood is quiet and appears somewhat upmarket.

It was difficult to communicate with the staff at the front desk because they couldn't understand English. Very poor room service, our room wasn't vacuumed for two days and we had to call the manager to see it herself. The breakfast was very good and the staff in charge of the breakfast were excellent. The outside garden.was poorly managed, it needs a much better attention.

Staff was great. Gym equipment is outdated.

The closest train station is ~15 minutes walk away. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.
