Great stay and kids had a great time with endless activities

Our first time here but very impressed. Far better than we anticipated. Although property is a little olde it’s very clean and well maintained. X2 great outside pool areas. Food & drink very good. Great location with 2 min walk to beach + great hotel beach bar.

Our family come here every year. They have invested this year and have carried out a few refurbishments which are welcome. We stayed over Easter and cannot fault the place. We did find the Tapas Bar though a bit “smokey” as the extractors do not seem to be working well this time round. Other than that the service at every restaurant is impeccable. The kids entertainment is top notch. The same team perform year after year and they give their 110% every time - well done!

Went for a long weekend with my wife and children. We were expecting a very good experience and we weren't disappointed. The food was plentiful and the choice was great. The room was spacious and all the facilities and entertainment made it a very enjoyable experience. Good proximity to the beach and plenty of space in the pool. Suited to families. Would definitely stay again.

Very outdated hotel. I don't think it's ever been updated. "Free" breakfast was inedible. Wifi was super slow

Everything about the hotel is great. Rooms are clean and spacious, hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and the food is really nice. Great night entertainment, daily mini disco for the kids. Kids are well catered for too. Not our first visit and looking forward to our next stay, already booked!

From the moment we walked into the hotel the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and we felt we were important to them at all times.

We have stayed here many times and have always had an enjoyable experience. If you like buffets then both breakfast and dinner are of a high standard. I did find, as a native English speaker, being constantly greeted with 'guten Morgen' mildly amusing although it did begin to grate towards the end of our stay. A simple 'buenos días' would have been preferable as we were in a Spanish hotel. Also, the menus were in either German or Spanish only. As I speak Spanish this did not pose much of a problem but it seems to me that as English, like it or not, is the most widely spoken second language in the world it would have made sense to have menus in English as well. Notwithstanding this, we had a good holiday and will definitely return.

Hotel perfecto para niños. Recomendada la pensión completa ya que el buffet es un lujo y no hay restaurantes cerca que compensen para ir con niños. Servicio de animación y escuela infantil.

Wir fanden das Hotel mit der sehr schön angelegten Poolanlage und dem Strandzugang wunderschön. Das Programm war gut und besonders gut hat uns die Strandbar gefallen. Dort konnte man den Sonnenuntergang bewundern.

Alles optimal organisiert, sehr sauber und sehr umfangreiches Frühstück. Falls Sie mit dem Auto anreisen: in den Sommermonaten Juni bis September sind die Parkplätze an der Hauptstraße seit 2025 offenbar nicht mehr kostenlos verfügbar (zona amarillo - gelb markiert). Hier ggf. einen TG-Stellplatz im Hotel buchen.

Excelente hotel para pasar las vacaciones en familia. El club para niños muy bueno. Playa la Barrosa genial.
