We were warmly welcomed by all the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary drink on arrival on the gorgeous terrace is a memory I will never forget. Our room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. However the best part was the balcony and the view. It was spectacular. Overlooking the lake and the beautiful well maintained gardens and pool area. Truly gorgeous and relaxing. The breakfast had everything and plentiful. The evening meals were the best restaurant food in Lake Garda. The restaurant terrace was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing and the staff were very attentive and friendly. You must go to the Gala night!!! It was amazing food and entertainment. The location was perfect and just a 4 minute walk to the centre. Thank you Villa Madrina for the most wonderful experience. Thank you also to the hotel manager for our leaving gift. It was a very kind gesture. Highly recommend to everyone.

We were incredibly impressed by the hotel’s facilities—everything was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. What really stood out, though, was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for, and that personal touch made our stay truly memorable.

Accommodation was perfect, good facilities, excellent staff and hotel is located in Garda which is a central transport hub for touring.

The hotel staff were very nice, polite and helpful. They helped us book a trip and helped print off some documents I needed. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We did not use the spa area so I can't comment on that area, but the rooms, dining area, and outside pool area were very clean and pleasant. We ordered from the half board menu which was very good with dishes I would not normally make myself so that was good to try. The hotel is in a quiet area but even with my bad knees I still walked to the shops and lake in 10 minutes. We enjoyed a trip to Isola del Garda which you can go from the marina area, and a trip to Verona by bus (the bus stop is only 15 min walk away). We did not come by car but I noticed there were plenty of spaces, and an electric charging point. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Lovely clean hotel, very well located in Garda. Excellent staff. Stunning pool terrace and gardens with view to the lake. We stayed in an hibiscus suite which had a large terrace with table, chairs, two sunbeds and beautiful lake views. We had a couple of days of atrocious weather but when the sun came out it was glorious! We stayed on b&b basis as we like to try different restaurants. Breakfast was not great - most of the time eggs were cold, and there were random roast vegetables - cauliflower, courgette, green beans etc. Fruit salad option was good. Continental choices were also ok. Hotel also arranged our transfers to and from Verona airport. Return transfer with lovely driver Bianca was especially good.

Lovely hotel and staff

Fantastic hotel with a really great spa area and friendly, helpful staff. We had a very relaxing 5 days and would love to come back

It is a very nice hotel, in a good location. Easy access to the lake ferries. Very peaceful and the grounds/ pool were not crowded. Restaurant was good and quite reasonably priced.The only issue we had was that the air conditioning had been turned off (it as the end of September..), and as we had some good weather, it meant that our room was very hot (25c+ at night) and the only way to cool it down was to let the mosquitoes in- not ideal!

We had a lovely stay here for 5 nights. We had a garden room near to the pool. Breakfast didn't have a lot of hot choice, but everything was fresh and good quality. Room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning had been turned off (late September) but hotel put a fan in our room on request.

Good hotel but reception needs improving.

This 4 star hotel is set conveniently 5 mins from the promenade of Garda. The location and setting is within luscious gardens with beautiful flowers and trees. I especially ;oved the lemon and olive trees. My room was spacious, lovelly furniture and a well stocked bathroom. The balcony opened out to the garden and the view was spectacular.lake Garda was in the distance.The swimming pool is clean and well maintained - the water is cold but when acclimatised it is lovelly for swimming. The pool area has lovelly sunloungers and enough for everyone. It was peaceful and relaxing to lounge by the pool. Food was lovelly. The breakfast was leisurely with a wide range of food. I loved finishing of my breafast coffee on the terrace looking at the gorgeous scenery. heavenly. Nearby is a promenage that you can walk to Bardolina(lovelly little town) and on the opposite side a lovelly lakeside path which i ran/walked daily. The ferry was convenient(5mins from hotel) had a number of locations and times throughout the day to take you to to other locations on the lake - all beautiful. I especially liked Salo and Macceslestine.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal

Mycket trevligt hotell, låg perfekt till centrum och var lätt att ta sig dit med bil o parkering, tog bara 5 min att sedan gå ner till centrum

Die Unterkunft ist zu empehlen. Sie ist recht zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. In ca. 5 Min. (Fußweg) ist man am See und den Shopping Möglichkeiten. Das Hotel samt Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen. Service, Lage, Ausstattung fantastisch. Auf jeden Fall wieder

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf den Gardasee und den Rocco di Garda. Wunderschön! Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und dieses war üppig und lecker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Zum vierten Mal in der Villa Madrina - und erholsam wie immer. Das Haus hat seinen ganz besonderen Charme, der einen umfängt.

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in einem tollen Hotel m it freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Personal. Ruhig gelegen und nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum See und der Uferpromenade.
