Great staff!

The incredibly helpful staff and the magical location. The pool, sauna and hot tub were just perfect. Best of all, your toboggans - I will never forget speeding downhill into town steering my delighted five year old grandson.

Wonderful hotel and breakfasts. We really enjoyed the large pool in a beautiful setting. About 15 minutes to Roros, which is a charming little town to stroll through the shops. The shop keepers are friendly and fun. The room was comfortable with a view of the mountains.

Roros itself is a strange but nice little town. A World Heritage site but not for ‘prettiness’! The hotel is located on the outskirts but is an easy 15min walk into the centre. There appeared to be a modern wing - the hotel is pretty big (although only 2 or 3 stories) and sprawling - we were in an old wing so the room (for me, my wife and 15yr old son) was tired and a tad old fashioned. The bathroom likewise was old and basic. But nonetheless it was all clean. The breakfast buffet was v good with lots of fresh hot food and continental etc. and the pool, sauna and hot tubs, once you found them, were great. Plenty of parking on site. Overall, I’d stay again but hopefully they’ll renovate the old wing we were on soon.

The swimming pool is great. All jacuzzi are fabuloso.

Excellent hotel in the centre of town.

The hotel was a comfortable and pleasant stop. The room was comfortable and large with space to relax. The only issue was that the room was too hot even with the single window open. Check in was fast and easy There were chargers available for our car. The restaurant food was good but a little pricey

It's a great place to relax, with a beautiful view. The SPA is nice, and breakfast is lovely as well. Overall, it's an excellent place to recuperate and enjoy.

Well located in a quiet area with lovely views of the church and surrounding countryside. Great indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpools and sauna. Excellent breakfast buffet and bar meals Must try is the Roros take on gin and tonic!🙂 Have stayed twice, once in standard room and once in upgraded extension rooms. These are well worth the small extra charge. Highly recommended.

A superb swimming pool / sauna / spa - unbelievably good. Had a great room and the staff were very friendly. Good dinner and breakfast

Nice Hotel within a short walk from the town centre. Breakfast was great. Free use of swimming pool and gym. On the downside you have to pay for coffee and tee when breakfast is over.

Ok rom og frokost. Litt lytt. Fint bassengområde. De ansatte kunne med fordel vært mer serviceinnstilte. Fikk ingen informasjon om verken frokost eller fasiliteter ved innsjekk. Ble også bedt om å betale på nytt selv om jeg hadde betalt. Så helhetelig en ok opplevelse

Takk for fint opphold, god service og lett å få svar i resepsjonen. Fint og rent rom, veldig god frokost uten for mye kø. Deilig buffet og hyggelig serveringspersonale. Veldig fint basseng, og så bra med åpningstid både tidlig og sent. Alt i alt, er vi veldig fornøyde med oppholdet.

Eneste vi manglet var ett kjøleskap på rommet. Ellers var alt helt topp 😁
