Very friendly staff and clean room

A quiet night rest with very friendly staff. Good servers Properly is just showing its age and is in need of new carpets and updated bed covers

Conveniently close to ferry terminal

All of the windows in the hotel are completely filled with condensation and completely fogged up. You cannot see outside. The tap in my sink sprayed all over, the bedside light did not work properly. The room was noisy and breakfast stops service at 9am. I asked for an iron and ironing board to be brought to my room, however they did not bring me one.

Good location with many amenities being walking distance. Property is aged, but in reasonable condition. Safe and quiet location. Price seems to be on par with larger and cleaner hotels with modern amenities

I thought the complimentary continental breakfast had a lot of thoughtful touches. Hot waffles, a variety of cereal toppings, even ramenwere available. Everyone was pleasant

Had to cancel one of the rooms the day of my check-in had to pay the full shot for the second room. BS

We appreciated the front desk being staffed late at night, and the continental breakfast was great. The location was convenient. Some updating of the property is needed.
