The Hotel staff were very considerate and helpful during our short time there. The Morning Breakfast was oustanding and above and beyond the one we had at a Sao Paulo Marriott on this same trip. We would highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Salvador. Staff were very capable in English with our 9 person group of one Brasilian speaker and 8 English speakers.

If you’re looking for luxury, this is not it. Centrally located but our first room was filthy and the room they moved us to was certainly out of date. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast and the balcony in our room.

Excellent place to stay. Super convenient location. Rooms are slightly outdated, but that's not important when you have a friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds, and amazing views.

The sauna area has to be rebuilt, as there are not space to rest close to it, as well as the bathtub is placed into the sauna, instead of next to them.

Excellent service from start to finish. Hotel is being renovated but this did not disturb us. Excellent room, pool/sea views. Staff helpful. Breakfast amazing. Had lunch at restaurant twice. Excellent quality.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, with staff always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. A special mention goes to Jose from the restaurant, who truly stood out. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made every dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We had a good ocean view. The breakfast was good. Location is pretty good too. Nice gym. The room is very basic, there is no even a second night stand , no closet, just several shelves, no table. Terrible lighting.The bed wasnt comfortable. I wouldnt stay again.

Quiet, clean room with good airconditioning, but television had few channels many of which were of poor, grainy image

Clean, modern and well managed hotel. Excellent value for money with half board.

Staff were friendly, professional, and on top of everything. I was very happy with our room with the view of the ocean. There was quite the assortment for breakfast (I miss those pão de queijos)! It’s close to pelourinho, a mall, and other popular districts. Highly recommended this hotel!

Unfriendly desk staff, area around the hotel not great and corridors on the bedroom floor look very dated, very average breakfast and tiny pool overlooking a very busy road. But nice room and Salvador is well worth a visit

This hotel exceeded my expectations. First thing is the staff: excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Maintenance is also impeccable. Everything works, is clean and well kept. Breakfast is amazing! Variety, quality, flavor and nutrition are very well balanced. Probably one of the top three I've had in my life of extensive travels. The only thing really that could use a little improvement is the drink menu at the bar. The quality is great but selection is somewhat limited. We'll definitely be back.

While my stay had a few challenges, I appreciated how quickly and pleasantly issues were resolved whenever I reached out via WhatsApp; not the concierge because English speaking staff was limited. For instance, the toilet bowl was on the verge of overflowing upon arrival, and the room door wasn’t locking properly—but both were promptly addressed. However, what truly frustrated me was the repeated miscalculation of the laundry charge. First, I was quoted 620, then 330, then 360, when the actual cost was 320. I had to provide photo evidence of the returned clothes to prove the discrepancy. Honesty is non-negotiable for me, and this matter should be addressed with the staff. On a positive note, the hospitality was outstanding. Gusto, the doorman, and Gabrielle at the front desk were incredibly helpful each day. I regret not catching the other gentleman’s name, but his assistance was much appreciated as well (also a doorman). The included breakfast was superb, and the rooms were exceptionally comfortable.
