Very comfy and elegant hotel.

Me he quedado mucha veces en este hotel siempre ha sido excelente. En esta ocasión no encontraba mi reservación. Tardé casi 20 minutos en la recepción. Mi reservación está pagada con Hotels y la señorita decia que no estaba pagada. En la habitación no había amenidades. No voy a ser vivar. No había un Tel. donde comunicarte, la secadora no servía, las toallas rotas, el WC sucio. Afortunadamente en el desayuno nos atendió Nico una excelente atención.

Cometí el error de no hacer mi reservación por el total de la estancia, me faltó un día y NO me pudieron ayudar en la recepción, tuve que hacer una reserva en otra aplicación para poder asegurar la noche faltante y NO me aseguraban que pudiera usar la misma habitación, al final si me la dejaron. Por otro lado se ve descuidado y alfombras ya gastadas o sucias; en la habitación, deficiencia en las toallas de baño y tapetes durante la estancia; y toallas muy gastadas, regadera sin poder regular adecuadamente la temperatura del agua (habitación 603), el AC no regula la temperatura.

Disappointing for a Marriott As a Marriott property, my expectations were significantly higher in terms of quality and maintenance. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations. The carpets looked old and worn, and the bathroom floor had stains that appeared to be deeply set, giving the impression of poor cleanliness or lack of upkeep. The air conditioning was difficult to control due to the poor placement of the thermostat, which was located right by the air vent, affecting its accuracy and overall comfort. As for the amenities, they were very limited—only shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a bar of soap were provided. Additionally, the towels also appeared quite worn. Overall, the experience was below expectations and very different—in a negative way—from what is typically associated with Marriott hotels.

Reception area and restaurant are very good. Rooms are old, terrible mattresses and poor lighting. They need update urgently.

The place is nice and staff is very kind and professional. The room does not have a fridge or microwave and the area smells very strongly of sewer.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was great. Our waiter Salvador during breakfast was very polite and attentive. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Had a variety of options. Will highly recommend Marriott Aguascalientes and would definitely stay there again.

Bad experience from beginning to end. At check-in, they charged me almost half the daily room price for an early checkin, then they said they didn’t have system, so all was done in a blank paper sheet, I signed a voucher for room fees and restaurant charges, but when I tried to charge something, they said I couldn’t, they didn’t have my voucher; then, a friend left a package for me at the front desk, and they kept telling me they didn’t have it, until almost 20 minutes searching, they found it. It is impossible to call the reception, they don’t have a phone. The food at the restaurant is flavorless and expensive. And to make all worst, at checkout found out they charged two nights of my stay to the company card used to secured the room, when I had left the payment with my credit card at checkin, but they never reimbursed the full amount secured in my CC, so I got two receipts for my stay, and it looks like two CC charges, so Im talking to Expedia and my bank about this. Never staying here again.

Negativo: alfombras sucias, toallas roídas, no funciona el aire acondicionado, no funciona la televisión, la tina tapada, todo el mobiliario requiere retapizar, sillas, sillones, tanto en comedor como en habitación. Ya no es el Marriot qu conocimos
