The Family Room was perfect the kids enjoyed their little nook

Very comfortable

I travelled here with my wife and my two children (3&5). We arrived a bit late in the day, and hadn't had lunch. Once we had mentioned we were hungry, the hotel staff phoned up the local pizza restaurant and sorted us out. The staff were simply amazing. The room was fantastic, with stunning views of the mountains. We had a family room, which the kids had their own little level which they loved. The buffet breakfast was another of the many highlights. With a nice range of food and drinks, that were all such high quality. The whole experience felt like a home from home. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Lovely over night stay in Leysin! Snow less than seasonal however hotel made up for. Service by Naomi on reception was above and beyond required. Would definitely stay again.

It was amazing stay with my family, everyone in my family loved it. Staff of Le Grand Leysin is super best from Reception to Bar to Restaurant, everyone was super amazing and very very helpfull for each and everything. About property, had a wonderful time in jacuzzi with the spectacular view. Superb time I have spent.

Very cozy feeling and friendly staff!

Beds are comfortable and the view is gorgeous. Entrenched in a quiet area in the mountain and surrounded by trees and the valley.

I can't fault this place. I stayed in a corner room with a balcony looking out across the Alps and down to Leysin village. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered a bottle of wine to have on the balcony in my room and was loaned a power adapter from the front desk when I realised that my EU converter wouldn't work in Switzerland. I had dinner in the separate restaurant downstairs (the local trout main was lovely) and then retired back upstairs to take in more of the view. As other reviews have stated, this is not a posh hotel. Some of the furnishings show some wear but the staff, very comfortable bed and linens, and incredible location more than make up for a few scratches on the wardrobes. I highly recommend and plan to return for a longer stay next summer.

Great stay and super room with a fabulous view!

We have stayed in this hotel many times before and it’s ideal for a few days skiing. Restaurant seemed a little bit in disarray but I suppose Covid is making things difficult

The room was clean and quiet, the room we booked is good enough to sleep for 6 people (6 single bed), around the hotel have a lot of activities, like hiking, rock climbing, about 5 mins drive and we found one delicious Chinese hotpot Chinese with very reasonable price, everything is wonderful, we will go back to this hotel next time when our friends and family visit us.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and how cozy is the hotel. Strongly recommend for the leisure budget tourist.
