After being greeted so warmly by gate security, the tone was set for service excellence by the Constance Ephelia team. We stayed in a Jnr suite, which was well presented and large, with a beach/sea facing view. Room cleaning staff were excellent, twice a day the room was seen too. There are 5 restaurants on the resort, all very nice delivering great food, and various types to keep everyone happy, and themed evenings to give additional variety, we went half board, which was perfect, full board given the amazing food would have left us in a food coma each day. There are also multiple bards for afternoon or evening drinks, with evenings offering live music. There are 2 main beaches, north and south, each offering water sports, the south beach is quieter and our preference, however the tide effects watersports here as its shallow. When I booked, I contacted the hotel and they arranged transport to and from the airport. Special mention to Crispin on reception, who went above and beyond on assisting me.

Overall this is a gorgeous hotel and definitely honeymoon worthy. My main complaint is how difficult it is to book the restaurants - we only stayed 3 days and arrived and there was NO availability. They managed to squeeze us in early and late 2 nights, but why not have enough availability for all guests? It’s a shame it’s not adults only - there are very few kids, mainly babies, and it’s awkward for everyone when there’s one baby at breakfast crying in amongst all the couples. It’s fantastic having two beaches. The food was great, the layout of the buffet could be more spacious (and what’s with the neon lights?!) and the coffee is awful. Better coffee, free bikes for everyone, better availability of the restaurants and adults only would be 10/10.

My experience here was superb, amazing staffs and lots of fun activities to do in the resort. Overall it was an amazing experience and would definitely come back.

Wir waren als Paar im Constance Ephelia und hatten insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Zeit dort. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt, und zu unserer Überraschung bekamen wir direkt ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer. Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und komfortabel – ein sehr angenehmer Start in den Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns der Service im Restaurant. Am Mittag des Vortages war ein bestimmtes Gericht, das wir bestellen wollten, leider nicht verfügbar. Das Team hat aber wirklich Alles unternommen, diesen Wunsch trotzdem möglich zu machen. Und tatsächlich: Am nächsten Abend wurde es uns serviert – sogar zusammen mit einem zweiten, passenden Gericht. Diese Extra-Aufmerksamkeit hat uns wirklich gefreut. Ein weiterer schöner Moment war, dass mir nachträglich noch ein Geburtstagskuchen aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde. Komplett unerwartet, und eine sehr nette Geste. Die Anlage selbst ist groß, schön gepflegt und bietet zwei Strände, die sich gut zum Entspannen eignen, Hiking Optionen und vieles mehr. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Insgesamt hatten wir einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt im Constance Ephelia. Das Zimmer-Upgrade, der persönliche Einsatz im Restaurant und vieles mehr haben den Besuch für uns besonders gemacht. Wir würden wiederkommen.

This place sets a high bar. It’s a paradise! We truly enjoyed every moment of being there. Also had one of the best snorkels. This hotel is a must if you travel to Mahe at least for a few nights.

We had a fantastic time at Constance Ephelia for our honeymoon. The place is so beautiful and the staff were unbelievably friendly and attentive to anything we needed. All the dining options on site did really good food and we had the most relaxing time during out stay. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Mahé and this resort was superb. Lovely restaurants, plenty to do as it’s a large resort. Staff are incredibly friendly, wouldn’t hesitate to come back here in the future!

Luxury Periodnt! Greetings from the States. As a middle class American, I felt this was a next level vacation. I got my monies worth at this high end resort plopped in the middle of a mangrove reserve beach beauty. All the special touches and figuring out what is inclusive added to the adventure. IYKYK (just read as many reviews as you can). Pro tip: purchase a bus pass at the airport although you can’t ride it with luggage, it was useful for exploring Mahe. Recommend Junior Suite w/ half board. I loved the buffets which always had a local variety. They even had a Willy Wonka chocolate factory style dessert bar for Easter which brought out the kid in everyone. The customer experience and service are CORE values at this resort. Treat yourself; I’m so glad I did.

El Hotel y las habitaciones están ya algo viejos, pero el entorno es maravilloso. El personal del Hotel es algo apático y lento en reaccionar a las peticiones, aunque tanto el personal del gimnasio como el del club infantil se esfuerzan mucho y son muy agradables. El buffet de desayuno está bastante bien, aunque faltarían más opciones de pescado y marisco. Tuve que ir al servicio médico por una picadura de un ciempiés y la verdad es que el médico fue muy atento. Desde el gimnasio organizan paseos por el campo, que son muy recomendables para conocer el entorno del Hotel. En general muy bien, aunque es cierto que no es de los mejores hoteles de este tipo en los que he estado, cuadra más con un cuatro estrellas que cinco, aunque entiendo que se paga la ubicación.

The resort is beautifully with a nice beach especially the north beach , the staff are wonderful .my only concern is the boat house which is run by a third party that does not meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel , one staff in particular ( Elaino) has a very bad Manner and attitude , I had to complain to hotel manager about his attitude and professionalism
