Pavla (I suppose the manager) was so nice and super helpful. We arrived around 18:30 - she recommended a good restaurant in town, booked us a table and even drove us there (it was around 1 K away). Room was basic (and BIG) but clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good, excellent service there. Parking onsite costs 2 euros!

Surprised that we arrived on the “opening of the spa season” - lots of music, kiosks with yummy food- easy to walk to the spas, and recreation areas.Great breakfast included in room rate.

Moderate hotel

A little ways from the main area, but an alternative walk through the forest makes up for that. Room was spacious and quiet, value was excellent.

It was a lovely visit and the Villa Gloria is a great place to stay with very friendly management and clean, comfortable rooms. I had a beautiful view of the park across the street. The hotel is best reached by car and perfect for people driving. I took the train so when I got in I took the public bus #5 which is only about $1.00 and 12 Czech Krone. You get out at the Centrum stop and then need to walk about 10 minutes up an easy hill. It's not the small hill next to Pacifik Hotel you want to go past that toward theatre and then up street past Westend hotel on your right and then continue straight up long hill (don't turn left up the hill to Cheb) you'll see Villa Gloria toward the end of a row of villas on your left. Also for day spa try Butterfly Hotel only about $18.00 us for two hours with sauna, pool, whirlpool. Very nice. Also the roman bath is a little more for two hours but well worth a visit.

This is a lovely little hotel on the high side of town. Short walk out but walking is what we came for

Very helpful and nice staff, though one could not speak english well. On the other hand, the other one we met was fluent in english. Hotel is slightly on the outside of Marianske Lazne and located at the other end compared to the railway and main bus station. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area and looks newly restored. The selection at breakfast was the best among the hotels we stayed at (no hot food though). We could have wished for a fridge and had to ask staff to get help to heat baby food, which they gladly did. We did not investigate other facilities, but I got the feeling they are limited. We walked to the village which is not too far away. This was definitely the best of the six hotels we stayed at during our Czech trip.

Very considerate and friendly hosts, German spoken very well. As usual almost anywhere in Czech Rep, very respectable and elegant in a traditional way.

Hotel was quaint and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our every need. Other reviews discuss staff not speaking English. I cannot speak to this as we did not attempt to speak to them in English, choosing to try our German and Czech. Hotel was within walking distance of town square, where there were multiple dining choices. I cannot speak to the spa services, as we did not use these services. We will defintely stay here again!!

it was a good deal, but... faraway location, no spa-like treatment whatsoever, and no English spoken (only German or Russian)

Ved ankomsten blev vi mødt af en meget venlig receptionist, der virkelig fik os til at føle os velkomne. Pænt hotel med store rene værelser. Hotellet ligger på en stille vej 5-10 minutters gang fra bymidten. Hotellet har min bedste anbefaling.

Sauberkeit großes Zimmer schöne ruhige Lage am Ortsrand ca. 300m durch einen Park zum Kur-Zentrum tolles Frühstück günstiger Parkplatz sehr freundlicher Empfang

Boendet hade stora rum och frukosten var jätte fin fanns det mesta man vill ha. Stora rena badrum.

Trotz unserer späten Anreise hat Check In gut geklappt. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Unterkunft kann ich weiter empfehlen, beim nächsten Besuch in Marienbad würse ich wieder dort absteigen

Отель находится в тихой части Марианских Лазни, немного на холме. Если вы не хотите слышать из окна гул машин и хохот отдыхающих, то вам очень понравится этот отель. Рядом с ним большой парк с минеральным илточником, до поющего фонтана максимум 10 мин пешком. Для годовалого ребенка нам дали постель. Очень приветливый персонал. Завтрак ооооочень хороший, мы были удивлены, насчитали более 10 видов колбас, 7 сыров, овощи, фрукты, яишница, каши, сладкое. Всего много и вкусно. Рекомендуем всем, кто хочет отдохнуть и поправить здоровье. В отеле было очень чисто, есть места для парковки, можно брать с собой животных за 200 крон.
