I chose this hotel for one night because of its proximity to the Rome Termini train station, the good reviews, and the reasonable price. The receptionist was kind. The room was nice, with a wardrobe, a wide comfortable bed, and a paid minibar with reasonably priced drinks. The bathroom was clean and soap was provided. The hotel had an elevator. It was quite suitable for my overnight stay before my trip

The hotel located in a great location, close to termini and tourist attractions. The thing that i was very disappointed about was the toilet flush tank issue that was barely useable due to extremely low pressure and shower pressure. Instead of a 10 minute shower, I had to spend around 50 minutes to wash off my shampoo and body. I informed the staff about both issues and nothing has been resolved.

The hotel absolutely met my needs for a one-night stay. Easy walk to and from the train station and all the Roman monuments. I had a small but comfortable twin bedroom.

I hate to leave a negative review, but honesty its hard not too. The rooms are too small, and make you feel like you're in a college dorm. The rooms are incredibly dirty, filthy even, and look as if they had never been cleaned. The light switches were black with filth, there were stains on the walls including blood and snot rockets, maids simply adjusted the sheets instead of putting on new ones, and on top of all that they tell you that you can't eat in the room. Get real, most places have room service. And you'll pay way more than you should for such poor quality. Stay on the other side of town, youll be much happier.

Very convenient to be close to the train station. The area is quiet and safe. We would like to stay there again on the future.

Everything went smoothly, until i ordered food and I was told cant go into room with food. And front desk employee never communicated that I cant order food to room. But they provide room service. Not sure why I couldnt bring outside food to room. Was uncomfortable eating by lobby

Very convenient hotel for train station. Reasonable priced hotel for short stay. Stayed just one night. Easy to get around Rome from hotel base.

Great amenities, clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and nice. One of the receptionist wasn’t as friendly and welcoming as the other ones which really put me in a sad mood. Overall good location.

Good and clean property. Did not get a bottle of wine as a VIP Access Customer.
