Fabulous comfortable stay, great location, superb breakfast.

BRIGHTON WAVE IS A GREAT HOTEL. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good.. HAD A GREAT TIME.

Stayed 2 nights. Really enjoyed our stay. Very welcoming hosts. The attention to detail was very much appreciated. The breakfast was great and snacks in the lounge during the day. Would definitely stay again.

Loved everything about Brightonwave. Richard and Simon are amazing hosts, so helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, very clean and everything you needed was supplied. The breakfast is amazing, blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs and salmon were my two favourites but everything looked delicious. The Brightonwave is in a great location. Couldn't have been happier with our stay. We would certainly stay here on our next visit

Superb customer service, wonderful breakfast, cooked to order (blueberry pancakes with fresh fruit, served with panache). Nothing was too much trouble.

The place is small but nice; the beach is large but gravel, not sand; the area is quite lively even if the street where the hotel is is quite quiet

Richard and Simon were great hosts. The hotel is in a fantastic location - 2 mins to local shops and cafes, 5min walk to the pier, 10mins to the lanes and 15mins to the Brighton Centre. On street parking with temporary permits available from the hotel and managed to get a space just outside the property. Converted victorian terrace property - rooms were en-suite, clean and comfy with tea/coffee making facilities - little tub of bite size choc bars a nice touch. Breakfast included and a good selection on offer - full english setting us up nicely for the day. Definitely recommend and will be top of my list for future trips.

Pefectly located but it in a quiet side street. Immacutely clean room, with high quality linens and bedding. Some nice touches in the room such as bottled water and chocolates. Very friendly hosts, excellent breakfast.

Room itself was small, however had everything we needed and more. Second night was a little warm, however a fan is already provided in the room and this sorted the very minor inconvenience out straight away. The breakfast included is excellent and worth coming for alone, also parking passes make a huge difference as Brighton can be expensive in that regard. Overall a fantastic place to stay, would happily return.
