The room was clean and well equipped. The best feature, the hotel is conveniently located in Downtown Banff. Shopping, transportation, and restaurants are all easily in walking distance. The staff were helpful and check in was smooth. Excellent option when visiting Banff.

The room and hotel in general were excellent and suited our needs, and the location was ideal. The only big problem was that the place was advertised on Expedia as having a hot tub on site but it does not. Guests can use the amenities at the hotel across the street but I don’t consider this to be the same as having them in the hotel itself, especially in -25C weather. I booked the hotel largely based on the claim that it had a hot tub on site so was not happy to learn that it is not actually in the hotel.

Room was clean. Shower was great. There was tons of outlets for power and usb. They even had a white noise speaker. Nespresso machine and wine glasses too

The hotel is the newer contemporary property of the Banff Springs Lodge located across the street. The accommodations are clean and nice and very modern. Great service, beautiful lobby with free coffee and hot chocolate. The water pressure and heat are excellent, the bed is very comfortable and there’s plenty of closet space and storage. The pool and jacuzzi are located across the street at the main hotel, but don’t recommend due to too many kids and messy lockers rooms. Peaks is located next door to Bluebird, one of the best restaurants in Banff. Definitely recommend this property.
