I have always enjoyed my stays at comfort inn and suites. But this time I was disappointed that the pool was closed. The bathtub in my room was dirty! There were partial rolls of toilet tissue in the bathroom! There 3 ladies staying in the room and I had to go back down to the desk to request additional bathroom supplies

Hotel is near a lot of restaurants and stores, but it's a typical Comfort Inn. Not the cleanest. Staff wasn't rude, but not overly friendly. It works if you just need a place to sleep.

Rooms were clean and personal was very polite and friendly. The only downside the pool was closed but when we made our reservation we knew about this. I'm pretty sure when they are done with the renovations on the pool area will make it 10 times better

Bedbugs and an indoor pool that I was told had been closed for five years. Otherwise clean and quiet.

The room we resided in for 2 nights is not worth the price. There were multiple minor issues that have accumulated over time during our stay. First thing is the mini fridge. Our fridge that was provided for us in the room was not getting anything cold, even after the setting changes, which spoiled most of our foods we planned to eat. Then it was the “complementary” food. In my opinion, the food there is not worth eating, better off at a different establishment. Then it was the pool, which was falsely advertised on the site we booked on. The pool was closed permanently which defeated the purpose of putting up false descriptions. Lastly was the elevator. There is only one working elevator, which is not efficient at all. It has cost many individuals to be late to their duties because of the lack of elevators which the company provides. Overall this hotel is not worth the price, especially for longer stays, and it is better off paying an extra 100 bucks for better overall service.

Hotel was very clean. Comfortable beds and a good breakfast variety.

When we checked in, I guess I was down for two nights and when I got there, I told them it was only going to be one night so I was told I had to talk to someone in regards to that so hopefully you can fix whatever went wrong. I will check my credit card later so everything can go through And hopefully I would have some type of communication from you to let me know what’s going on with that transaction thank you

Door lock didn’t work on arrival, but was fixed the next morning. Everyone very friendly, but had to ask for TP twice, cups once.

Everything was clean, the staff pleasant and the location convenient to everything we wanted to do. The room and bathroom were both comfortable and spacious. Even though the hotel is not far from a busy street, our room was quiet. The breakfast buffet was fine with eggs, meat, biscuits, cereal and pastries. We would absolutely stay there again.

Front desk person didn't seem to care whether we were there or not. No smile, just indifferent.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The pool was closed which was a bummer. Also the walls are paper thin. We had kids running and making lots of noise in the room above us. I complained several times but the staff didn’t seem to care. It was almost midnight before it stopped which made our sleep very poor. That was the only disappointment in the hotel honestly. Tip.. stay on top floor if you want sleep!

The staff were all very nice and made me feel right at home. I had to extend my stay and decided to swap rooms they accommodated me very quickly and professionally. The room is comfortable and the bed is comfortable. This is my go to place when I come to the Shoals area.
