Vraiment bel hôtel, idéalement situé. Mais la ventilation beaucoup trop bruyante au 7ieme m’a simplement empêché de dormir! Allumée elle est trop bruyante et puissante et éteinte il fait trop chaud. Mais pour le reste ce fut une belle découverte!

Hotel is a great downtown location. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Would highly recommend to stay here if you’re in Calgary for the stampede.

This was a great hotel, conveniently located in downtown Calgary close to everything great walking distance. The concierge Cem was amazing. very large and clean rooms very quiet for being in downtown as well. Must try restaurant on site.

Location can’t be beat. But overall the lounge feels tired, or not a place people want to hang out. I really wish I could have had a coffee in the lounge while I did some work in the wee hours. Waited for Starbucks in the other hotel to open

The staff were extremely nice and friendly and super helpful. The location was perfect and right near the Calgary tower. Very walkable to most places.

Nice, clean, friendly, well-located and well-maintained hotel.

First time at this hotel. The room was fabulous. 11th floor. No street noise. Aircon was easy to adjust. The bed and linen were top quality Gym on the 12th floor with floor to ceiling windows. Several private zones so not just a big room. Washroom facilities good. A couple of improvements would be to have a few more elliptical machines and bottled water. There was a water fountain. Very central location. Would definitely stay here again

The service was impeccable. The front desk staff and valet were very helpful. They offered to help without being asked and were very friendly. The room was very modern and comfortable. Overall a very good experience and would definitely stay here again.
