The hotel staff was very nice, breakfast was delicious, rooms super comfy, and the view! Wow. Also very easy central location. Free bikes to rent super nice touch. Only disappointment was that the balcony and the terrace is undergoing work so they were closed.

Great view, nice hotel with great restaurant

We love this hotel. We first stayed here in 2015 and returned recently for 5 nights. We had a lake view room with a spectacular view of the Osorno volcano. The room was very comfortable and the downstairs restaurant served excellent food. Our favorite was the pil pil shrimp. We will return.

We loved the room, our view of the lake and volcanos, easy walk to town, the pool and spa and everything's except our room key cards were single use and we had to return to the front desk several times a day for new ones. We did not keep them near our cell phones
