My Expedia account has my single last name and my drivers license and credit cards have my married last name so they gave me hell because of that. I was tired and to be trying to explain to them was just ridiculous.

The property is older so you get what you pay for. There was hair from previous customers in the shower and on the bathroom sink. The pool is inside and it definitely needs cleaning. The grounds could be better maintained. The breakfast is included and that’s a plus. Location is close to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, dining and stores so that’s a plus.

Breakfast needed more. Variety, Eggs were overcooked, More fruit choices for diebetics. Cereal choices were limited!

The person working the morning of our check out was not friendly at all in fact in the verge of being just rude

The breakfast was borderline terrible. The eggs were burnt and i assume they were powdered eggs as they were dry and crumbly. Bagels were old, stale, and had a smell.

It was very nice and quiet, clean, pool nice and hot tub felt good.

Entire building looked well kept and clean inside, staff was very friendly and helpful, service was very good. Only complaint I have is that it sounded like a herd of elephants was in the room above me and whether the walls are too thin or I had a non-courteous neighbor I could hear their tv over mine even with the ac running and theirs was on one night that loud until 3am. I did not report to mgmt.

Hotel was clean parking was limited

Property was clean , small hotel, choice were basic for breakfast, staff not the friendliest, no towels in pool area, dirty pool, great surroundings for restaurants, 10im drive to six flags, aquarium, and Magic Time Machine just to name a few oh and Cascade caverns 15 mins to downtown quiet area

Pros: good breakfast; great staff; good location; enjoyed pool and hot tub. Cons: Very dated hotel, could use some renovations; beds were uncomfortable; limited parking and lots of equipment trucks and trailers.

The first room was dirty and the AC did not work. They came to fix it and said it would take a while to cool but it never cooled. I think they lied. The people staying were shady, doing laundry all night. I asked to cancel but it was late in the night and everything was booked. They gave us another room. AC worked and it was slightly better than the first one. I will not stay here again.

Love it should have stayed here from the get go
