The staff and food where great the service at lunch time in the snack bar was slow as I had to wait a hour for a sandwich that was the only down fall really

Pool area didn’t have enough sunbeds and umbrellas; lots of sunbeds were broken and road noise wasn’t good.

Very nice refurbished room with a comfortable bed and effective air con. We found all the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Pool bar food was very good and the evening buffet excellent value. Well located hotel for a short walk to the beach, the castle, old town and the shopping mall. Overall a very good hotel for our three night break to Alicante.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, lovely outdoor pool. About a 10 minute walk to the old town. Good size bedroom with balcony. Only quibble is shower (in bath) did not have a screen or shower curtain so water did splash out onto the floor.

The hotel was overall good, helpfull staff, good breakfast and a spacious, clean room (with Chromecast) but I have marked down the amenties and maintenance as the facilities were not as advertisied on Hotels.com. The pool was not open during our stay which also meant the pool bar was shut and the mini-golf/childrens play area where not complete or in good condition. We had booked as a family and intended to make good use of these facilities but the mini-golf has been partially replaced by air conditioning units and not being able to use the pool/area was disappointing. I messaged the hotel via Hotels.com to raise these points and received no reply.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beach was just a short walk away, and Old Town only 10 minutes down the road by foot.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly & helpful, clean & comfortable hotel, good choices for breakfast, only 20 minutes transfer from airport, bus stop directly outside hotel, tram within 5 minutes walk, well worth a visit.

Room cleaned everyday, all staff extremely friendly/welcoming.

Room was generally clean but I did find some rubbish under the sink in the bathroom. Nice toiletries in bathroom and lovely powerful shower. Big bed which was comfortable. However the walls are extremely thin and I could hear everything that was said from the room next door. Hotel breakfast was great, good choices, fresh and plentiful. Staff efficient and helpful.
