Staff is helpful and great but hotel need renovation and maintenance

I stayed on the 7th floor. The room is not ventilated and smells stiff, maybe because of the humidity.

It's clean hotel with friendly staffs. Have had a pleasant stay, also centrally located.

Staff is very helpful and they all speak English. Airline lost my luggage and one of the staff member at concierge helped me to locate it.

Check in process took around 4 hours. They had us wait for the rooms and also their system was broken. Gave us wrong rooms. Made us pay extra $20

I have stayed at this property in the past and used to have a very good impression of it. Unfortunately, my recent stay was not up to the expected Radisson Blu standards. The Positives: Location: The positioning remains excellent for business travelers, given its proximity to the airport and the fairgrounds/exhibition center. Amenities: The lobby is pleasant, and the internal services are quite convenient. Having an ATM and souvenir shops on-site is a plus. I would specifically like to mention the barber, who does an excellent job and is very professional. Gym: Relatively spacious and in acceptable condition. While the equipment is not latest-generation, it is perfectly functional for a good workout. The Negatives: Room Comfort & Noise: While the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the soundproofing was a major issue. The door does not isolate noise from the hallway, and the windows are very thin. I could hear every sound and music from outside until late at night, which made it very difficult to rest. Bathroom & Furniture: The bathroom is heavily worn out. The shower, bathtub, and fixtures show significant signs of age. The furniture is in poor condition and generally gives an impression of neglect. Breakfast: The quality was disappointing. The selection is quite limited, but more importantly, the overall quality of the food does not meet the standards of a 4 or 5-star international chain.

I reserved two rooms on the 7th floor, both rooms need renovation. The ceramic floor was broken in one if the rooms, bathroom door was not closing easily, lamps were broken, furniture was dusty. Staff were friendly.

Internet connection could be better

Room - dirty. Carpets could do with a shampoo. The table where coffee and tea is kept is just about falling to the ground. Staff - just about right in terms of being helpful. Amenities - just ok. Bathroom - vanity needs a deep clean. I booked your hotel on the basis of the Radisson Blu Brand but it didn’t live to the expectations. I feel somewhat ripped off in all honesty. The hotel is more like a 3 star hotel at best. The rooms needs a serious upgrade or at least clean it properly. It felt very unhygienic. It would be appropriate to at least refund 50% of my accommodation all things considered.

It was the same food every day! I would suggest changing thing up a bit. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dining room clean and spacious
