We like this hotel, it’s newly appointed, centrally located, clean, and the staff was helpful. However, the third floor rooms have open rafters and you can hear every squeaky step the fourth floor occupants take. Difficult to sleep, early morning too. Apparently, management is aware but has yet to rectify the problem.

great look on the property, rooms and staff were very courteous. bathroom products a little low, bathroom could be a little cleaner.

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient- checked all the boxes for us! We will return!

Parking was a bit confusing and seemed limited with the “No Hotel Parking Signs”. The front desk staff said we could park in those spots after business hours. I was worried I would get towed.

My only issue was with the room. It was a huge bathroom but no vanity, just a small sink that did not even hold a toothbrush. There was a small table behind the sink but make no sense why such a small sink. The only chair in the room was wooden desk chair. I have traveled a lot and first time there was not a comfy chair.

Love this remodeled cork factory. Extremely tastefully done and beautiful finishes. Love that it was walking distance to the Lancaster brewing and close to downtown.

It’s a beautiful old factory converted to a hotel. The room was clean, the mattress was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the first night of our stay the air conditioning stopped working and it was 76 degrees and stuffy in our room when we woke up. They got someone on it right away and when we came back to the hotel later that day it was working fine.

Beautiful space

Refurbished historical industrial buildings. Very unique and very well done. Good size rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff. Restaurant was closed the day I was there so I cannot comment on it but it looked good. The only thing that could use a little improvement is the morning coffee bar. Perhaps a wider selection would have been nice, I.e. decaf/regular/whole milk as well as half and half. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Lancaster.

Lighting in bathroom isn’t bright enough especially for older people. Unfortunately, we couldn’t try the restaurant because the hours weren’t for us. If we come back to Lancaster we will stay at the Cork Factory Hotel again.

This is a historic site in the middle of Lancaster. It is beautiful and the decor and pictures are such a cool vibe that tells the history.

We stayed for two nights. The accommodations were first rate, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Most places where we stay offer a free breakfast buffet, but this one did not but had free coffee. They didn't advertise that, so it was my fault for not checking before I made reservations.
