Definitely going back, been telling my friends all about it. Golf course was in good condition 7.5-10, the drive from the inland empire only took 3 hrs. Room was very clean, we had the suite super spacious. Puerto Nuevo is only 15 minutes away for amazing food. I was hitting off the 17 hole Tee box with a whale swimming in the ocean!

Room was very clean. Food in the restaurant was delicious. The service wasn’t the greatest but they were really busy. We had to ask to order food. My only complain would be the tv in the room had no netflix or app choices, it was regular tv. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

This resort was amazing. Amazing views rooms were super clean. Guests are super friendly and helpful. Price was very very reasonable. The food and buffet was the icing on the cake so many choices fresh they even make your eggs however they want them custom-made. I will guarantee you go back to this place again you will not be disappointed.

The staff was friendly and helpful, Some speak English for those who need it. It is in golf course so it's closed out and secluded giving a safe vibe I actually left my windows cracked in my car and the windows open in the hotel. The room was spotless and cozy. A restaurant right next next to it and a spa which was wonderful. I can't wait to to go back

Room was clean albeit a bit dated. Hotel amenities are solid. Great location, safe, great golf course, staff was super friendly and helpful!

Room was in fair condition considering its day rate, however water pressure and temperature need some serious improvement. Hotel restaurant prices are overpriced, very focused on clients coming with U.S. Dollars. If your trip is gold oriented, the green fee is really expensive considering lack of service in course, 18 holes and we never saw a drinks cart.

Beautiful

Rooms are really old. Bathrooms are old and leakage were in the bathrooms. The price of the food was high and guality didn't worth.

Recommended for families and quiet stays.

No kitchen ,no view, clean room We are residents at baja mar and have always brought family to stay when they come visit. (8-10 times in this year) We called and let them know that my son would not make it down from LA in time for his day of a 2night stay, this was 2 days before the event, I knew we had just missed the cut off date for no fee on cancelation by 1 day and asked politely if they would allow us the courtesies of not charging, they refused. We love this place and it has never been over booked in a year since we have lived here. I called, went in person and contacted the hotel via hotels .com and got no response. I think exceptions can be made, whatever. We probably will get a rollaway for our home next time we have family staying over.
