Great location and Clara the morning and mid day receptionist was very friendly and helpful with great English

Excellent room, clean and very comfortable bed. Bonus having tea making facilities which isn’t available in other hotels.

Nice hôtel close to the cathedral and the center of Chartres

Cleanliness is a high priority for me . You ranked high . Location was great ..close to the train station , the old quarter and eateries and the famous cathedral. Being a UNESCO city , Chartres is well maintained . I stayed a nite and enjoyed my short time . Staff were welcoming and helpful. I slept like a log as the mattress was comfortable

Very pleasant desk clerk at check-in, room very attractive and comfortable. Location excellent.

The room was spacious. Shower a little odd! All was clean. No airconditioning, so in very hot weather it could be a problem. We did not eat breakfast in hotel but went out to local cafe.

Modern hotel, 5-10 minutes walk from train station, and about the same from the cathedral. Decent sized bathroom (with separate toilet chamber), comfy bed, nice sitting chair and small work desk. Good breakfast selection, especially on the cold side.

The room was nice, clean and very quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel and good location, the only disappointment was the very limited gym. We always try and find a hotel with a gym and this hotel only had a token gym. They could easily fit a multi-functional weight lifting machine in the space which would make it far more useful.
