Poor staff. Didn't get us the shutte

It was clean, staff helpful, breakfast was tasty. Not a far walk from a big shopping mall and grocery store like COSTCO

Hotel has narrow corridors & tiny elevator (max 2 people, & 1 luggage). Booked a king size bed. Was given a 2 twin bed. We told them to fix it as we are a couple, got no response. We spent 2 nights merging the two beds, & trying not to fall through asleep.

The breakfast buffet was very nice and the wait staff was friendly. I also made use of the swimming pool, it was very clean.

Spacious room with separate living room and kitchenette. Bed was not great and there was no hot water one morning. Neighbourhood ok but a taxi ride to all the attractions. No ability to leave luggage which was a bit of a pain as we were going on a Amazon tour

Nice enough place with more room than a typical hotel. The shower didn’t drain well and there wasn’t hot water very often, so we took a lot of cold showers. The elevators are slow and often were too full to get on. Parking garage was VERY tight and difficult to get in and out of. Overall it was ok for the price, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice property. Rooms are spacious. Pool is small but well maintained and pleasant. Fitness has good breath of equipment, but most is in need of repair. Staff were great. Location is not ideal for doing things downtown, but restaurants are not far and airport is pretty handy.

We've been staying at this property for the past five years when we come to Brazil twice a year. This trip was not the best from cleanliness to horrible Wi-Fi connection.

Good price for the amenities and size of rooms. Rooms are very large and have kitchenettes and separate living areas. Only annoying thing is the dark hallways (they use IR sensors to turn lights on). Laundry on property but didnt use it so cant comment.

It is a nice hotel located near good restaurants and a short, inexpensive taxi ride to the center of town. Hot water was not always reliable. The rooftop pool is nice and offers a view of the city.

The restaurant was amazing.

Good location but management is not doing a good job maintaining the property in good standards. The rooms have an old sofa in the living room, the WiFi does not work properly, the bathroom sink was clogged and the maintenance took a long time to fix it, the shower pressure was awful, making it really hard to take a quick shower. Towels were kind of dirty, housekeeping did a bad job cleaning, leaving lots of places dirty, for example, tons of spiders and webs around the shower ceiling. You could definitely stay even closer to the main mall, Manauara, staying either at Quality or Mercure hotels. Unfortunately the Adrianopolis All Suites, does not have a good service these days. Oh and also had NO TV the entire stay. It did not work.

The hotel is situated in a safer part of town. The suite is spacious, but there’s always this lingering smell in the corridor on the 8th floor. It’s otherwise ok inside the room. The rooftop has a pool with a stunning view! Breakfast spread was above average, and there’s English descriptions! There’s a big supermarket across the road, and a few restaurants within walking distance.

Works for executive travel, sleeping and going out, breakfast is average but makes the trick if you are traveling with working purposes. The rooms are good and internet connection works adequately. The most expensive water bottles around

We stayed 3nights before our Amazon cruise the rooms are large with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay approx 10-15min walk to supermarket and shopping centre
