Very clean hotel and very nice river view and outstanding staff

Overall it was very clean, but there were lack of amenities, no slippers, and also the toilet clogged easily and there were no bidets, or anything to help the guest with hygiene and cleaning the toilet. And there was no water inside the rooms and we were instructed to get them from outside although this was not a big problem.

Hotel overlooks river nothing special about immediate area and about 15 mins to Christmas markets . Hotel clean partner had breakfast and approved . "Hit and miss" reception atmosphere and response. Reception (male 30s pony hair, no tie scruffy) rude ignored me completely whilst I waited to be served. Housekeeper missed our bedroom 1st day completely even though we had left early and out for most of the day. Wouldn’t call hotel 4* attention to detail and little extras bottled water, in bathrom only 1 dispenser "Dove" liquid. What happened to body lotion shampoo and conditioner for example. Room for improvement.....

A great hotel, nice staff and a well appointed room.

Rooms were spotless, beds comfortable, lovely view of the river, walking distance to market square!

Room was fine as usual, but air conditioning or ventilation was too loud

It was excellent as usual. 10th time probably here, perfect hotel, perfect price / quality balance !

Service and staff were excellent. I felt the breakfast was expensive and I wish the restaurant had a few more simpler options. The food was delicious .. just a few more lighter options

Check in was easy, room facilities were excellent and the view from our room (510) was terrific. Prices in the bar very reasonable too. Well located for public transport as well as walkable into the Main Square. Very safe neighbourhood. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Wroclaw.

Was there for 6 days and managed to go to the football final. Great location good facilities, shame about the massive price increase for the 2 days out of the 6 days I stayed there? But the that profiteering for u.

Close to city centre

Very pleasant hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Nice bar.
