Room is old, needs a renovation. The location is perfect, and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Nice clean hotel, near Guangzhou east railway station Exit F, variety of breakfast But please book the booking with the agent that includes that breakfast After check-in, the breakfast is charged 100 yuan a day because the PM informs that the reservation means only one person for breakfast.

It’s my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Love this place!! Friendly and very helpful staffs and most of them are speaking english. Best location if you come from HK, its right in front of the entrance of east railways station. Plenty of foods around, big shopping mall in front of the hotel, next to ikea :) they also have reliable atm and money changer machine. Room facilities are perfect, room size and furnitures are very convenient.

Yeah it’s not a big deal. Just a simple breakfast issue yet the hotel failed to provide a satisfactory solution for the guest. Fortunately, everything was settled after contacting CS. Once again, good job!

Superb location, very clean, great value for money.

Rooms are quite okay, not too spacious but also not small. The furnishings are rather standard, not too old but also not new. What I like about this hotel is its very strategic location (right beside Guangzhou East Station), so access to everywhere is very easy, besides wifi is quite fast, and internet connection is VPN, not exposed to giant firewall. This is especially important when we are still heavily dependent on Google, Youtube and other western socmed to get updates and daily news.

Good location, next to Guangzhou East Railway Station and underground shopping mall. Fairwood (Chinese fastfood chain) and McDonald's close by. Good service. The room is spacious and clean. Good Internet connection in room with Google/Gmail access (that's a rare thing in China).

Quike ok... Not bad, drinks in room need pay

Still good although the quality overall has been deteriorating. The standard for food, service and cleanliness are not the same anymore compared to last year, let alone 4 years ago. But still a good quality hotel and cannot complain much considering the value for money is probably the best one in Guangzhou.
