Nice location. Everything is within walking distance.

Great hotel at the center of the town. The whole facility is modern and well maintained. The restaurant is very nice and freshly cooked breakfast is included in our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is very central and convenient! We had a great time here!

I was put in the smallest hotel room I've ever been in, about 110 square feet. It also had a vey small tv, about 30". The puctures shown on hotel.com very clearly showed a much larger room AND said every room had a 50" tv. After i complained twice to the front desk they put me in amuch bigger room with a 50" tv. I took my complaint to hotel.com and they said they would get back with me in 24 to 72 hours. Its now been 6 days, i left the hotel and they have still not gotten back with me. Hotel.com was useless in checking the listing and in resolving. Had i been there in the room i ended up with from the start the hotel would have received 5 stars, but the workers there told me it was the only room in hotel with a50" tv.

Other than the constant strong/bad smell in the elevator, all was great.

What a beautiful hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect for us because you can walk to all the cool places. My room was third floor overlooking the church across the street and at night it was so beautiful to see. Front desk staff was very professional and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful and we felt safe at all times. The breakfast was soso nothing special but there was lots of places to eat around the hotel. I would love to stay here again and in the same room I had! Well done Gamma! ❤️

Very friendly staff and very convenient location!!

This property is conveniently located in the center of the city. It is about a 10-minute walk from Zocalo. The hotel was clean and the staff members were very helpful. There were two downsides: 1. My room had a window that only faced a wall. I do not know how many rooms are like that. 2. The chair provided in the room (which is convenient if you wish to do work on your computer) is heavy and the floors do not have carpets. The result is that you can hear the person upstairs dragging the chair against the floor. Overall, it is a nice hotel.

Nice hotel in the centre of Puebla

The room we had had no window to the outside, a very small room with access to inner common space. Would’ve liked to see outside. Breakfast was included but a bit redundant, if you are there for just a few nights it’s ok, we were there for 6. Location was very good: a little out of the way which is what we like. Close enough to walk everywhere but not too close to the noise of the Zócalo. Pretty good for the price. Would recommend.

Perfect for a visit to Puebla downtown.. excellent service, , nice people, wonderful breakfast.. the best!!

Great hotel, safe underground garage parking on site!! Tiny bathrooms tho… great on site restaurant, excellent service, central location for easy walking, overall excellent place!!
