The restaurant staff and food were excellent! Minor items such as shower drain that flooded bathroom and part of room, and water pressure were not up to par.

Beautiful place

Rebooked at a different hotel. Was not informed until our friends received phone call to advise. It was confusing, frustrating and turned out ok, but not ideal when you plan certain events around your booked choice of hotels. Without reliability I would be hesitant to rebook there. We booked far in advance and prepaid our stay, so it should have been a smooth reservation.

Bait and switch - at the last minute, as we are traveling, the hotel contacted us and put us in another hotel due to “boiler problems” in our two rooms. No one else had boiler problems and we made our reservation 4 months in advance. We had a lesser room in middle of city and had terrible noise issue and bad sleep - do not recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly. The evening meal was top rate. Breakfast was fine. The hotel itself is completely isolated from restaurants and shopping. The main town is reachable only by public bus or taxi, which is expensive. If you do not have a car or are not travelling with a tour group by bus, you should avoid a stay here. Unless you have a car, this is not the place to stay.

The food was great and the room was pretty. Some of the staff was great, some not friendly at all!

In think if it was not for COVID issues, would have been really good hotel. As it was, meh... None of the hotel's facilities were open, breakfast was via room service but was not bad. I paid for a sea view room, which it was plus the view of a ship building yard. Not so panoramic. Location is a good jumping off point for the rest of the coast. Staff is friendly, it is apparent they are hanging on hoping for a good summer season.

Very nice and clean hotel. Though the restaurant was closed beginning of October, the port is just 15 minutes walk and offers excellent dinner.

Amazing hosts, family who run the hotel are amazingly welcoming and made the stay. Great location for transport links; ferry, train etc. Visited Capri and Sorrento which was beautiful however found the most amazing restaurant of all local to the hotel( inexpensive too £6 per bottle of wine £120 bill for 3 courses for 4 people including 5 bottles of wine.) Lovely breakfast rooms basic but clean. Recommend booking, family made the stay with their warmth and hospitality.

After an 8 hour drive we were told that the hotel air conditioning had failed and we were sent to another hotel. Dining rooms looked like they'd been set for a wedding. Alternative also had a wedding - we were woken at 1a.m. for a 20 minute firework display-then the singer started for a further hour. Terrible

A wonderful stay, the staff were excellent a special thank you to Giovanni in the restaurant who went out of his way to be kind and helpful. A lovely stay, I would stay here again and highly recommend it

COMPLETELLY UNRELIABLE STAFF - one may have the confirmation of the reservation, BUT... the next day they will tell you that the room was sold out already...

Couldn't find the place, bad signage and unhelpful locals. On arrival at 1030pm we were given a bottle of opened still water and charged for it. We woke to a view of the ship yard. No chairs in the room or balcony. The shower did not work, after 2 attempts to repair it, I did it my self. Breakfast was a cheap yougart, a floppy coisant, processed meat and cheese, inedible cereal, nice coffee, horrible milk and jams. No where to eat well in town. No where to walk. We felt thouroughly let down.
