Clean, friendly stuff. Too many loud vendors on the beach that were arguing and blocking the ocean view

You have to upgrade to preferred to REALLY enjoy this property. The property is well maintained, some small issues with the rooms. There are NO room service boxes, so you have to open the door to get room service. The staff and great and very attentive. Overall the resort is nice and our vacation was great.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had the time of our lives !! There was plenty of dining options and the restaurants were great quality and excellent service. The whole staff was super friendly and always made sure we get everything we wanted ! The shows were amazing and plenty of fun activities to do during the day ! Overall an amazing resort will definitely be coming back !

Very clean, the staff were super friendly. Shout out to Cindy !! Our butler wasn’t as attentive as I’ve received in the past but we were necessarily needy either. We have the swim up room that was very nice. We loved the preferred benefits.

I was expecting a lot more at the pool. Very disappointed with the service and no music playing. 11am all day with no music. I paid for adults only we were all in the pool and everyone was saying the same thing. What is going on with the music? Shame on them. I would not come here again I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Unless you are 90 and you don’t want to listen to music and you want to be bored then u can come to this hotel. Very disappointed. The drink were HORRIBLE water down. I asked for extra Tequila I even try different drinks all the same. Not happy at all. Thank God it was only 3 nights 4 days. Thank God I did not pay for anything extra. The Hotel is beautiful but the service at the pool and the music was not there.

The beach area appears unsafe because all resorts share the same shoreline, and there is no proper access control. I observed that people can enter from the back of the beach without being asked for identification, which raises serious security concerns.”

I loved the resort grounds, the atmosphere and especially the perks that came with the preferred package. Super D was our butler and she was perfect 10/10 service!

The staff at this resort is amazing! They made sure we had the best experience possible. The entertainment and activities they had for us every day and night were great. The resort is beautiful and well taken care of. We loved our stay!

Excellent service, excellent friendliness, food was great and the entertainment was fantastic. Always enjoyed the activities.

My wife and I went for our honey moon. We had to request the room to be changed because it was hot and had hair in the tub and in the bed. Note that we did not use the bed and tub it was our first day. They gave us another room which is the right thing to do. The service was great soecially in the Coco Cafe and the bar closest to the quiet pool near the smoking area. Yoyo provided great service always with smile and positive attitude that improve greatly our stay at the resort. Shout out to Remi as well. We had a great time at the Coco cafe Neri was awesome and provided great service there was another lady working with Neri that also had great attitude towards the guests but I forgot her name. Overall the service made a significant different and turn thing around for a more positve experience. The food was great and no conplaints there. The rooms are a little outdated but again service made our stay better experience. The shows were awesome and had live musicians. We would consider visit again because of the great service and awesome shows.
