Service was top notch, beach was great and room was exceptional. Will return!

The staff!!!!! Flower (entertainment team) and Euri (server) were absolutely incredible. They really went out of their way for us. The amenities were also spectacular.

I stayed at this resort and was induced under false terms to purchase a vacation package. The salesperson explicitly stated that we were purchasing prepaid vacations for any all-inclusive hotel affiliated with Hyatt. I later learned that we were charged nearly $6,000 only to receive a mere 25% discount—an arrangement that makes absolutely no sense and was never disclosed during the sales presentation. I intend to file a federal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, contact the Better Business Bureau, notify Hyatt corporate, and pursue legal action. It is extremely disappointing that customers are intentionally misled and taken advantage of for profit. Hard-working people should not be deceived for someone’s quick financial gain.

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and instantly fell in love with the property. Diego was amazing and met with us EVERYDAY to assure we were well taken care of, truly detail oriented. We met a couple of great friends and a bunch of new family at the preferred club pool bar. Sebastian and Obispio were so kind, friendly, inviting and really made us feel like family.! Magalis Was incredible, she remembered my name and how I preferred my eggs cooked to order, Magalis is a standard setting team member and incredibly valuable asset to your staffing!!

Clean room, amazing beaches, wonderful experience

Staff was really friendly and welcoming!!

Staff were great. Food was mediocre at best. Not many dining options. Construction going on from 8-10 every night. Beach had too many people trying to sell something. We avoided the beach the whole trip.

Clean, fresh, beautiful place. And, the best thing was the Staff. Very accommodating, nice, always willing to serve their best!! Incredible experience!!

Excellent in every way. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Drinks were great, food was fantastic both at buffets and restaurants. Nice to have two kind of pools: quiet and social. Beach was super clean regardless of sargassum.

Very clean resort. Lots of activity or quiet spots if you prefer. Staff is very friendly. Food is decent, some better than others, but presentation was always quite nice.

The animation was a little bit poor

The staff were top notch especially Angel our bartender. Our concierge,Ismael, went over and above to help us.

First, we want to say the resort itself was amazing and beautiful. The ambiance was great and relaxing. The amenities that we took the time were fun and entertaining. Our room itself was gorgeous, roomy, and very comfortable overall. The staff did a great job keeping our room clean and straightened up for us. One thing that truly stood out was Eramy, our butler. He was knowledgeable, answered any and every question we had. If we needed anything, he was able to get it for us in a timely manner. We enjoyed our time at the Secrets resort and Eramy helped make our anniversary stay a little better.

Very poor communication

The hotel is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your partner. The food is excellent, and there’s a great variety of activities to enjoy. The staff is professional, extremely helpful, and always willing to ensure you have a unique experience. At the pool area, we were assisted by Santos, who went above and beyond. His attention and responsibility truly made our day. He is the kind of waiter any hotel would be lucky to have — simply outstanding. Highly recommended!

Entertainment staff was rude, pushy and overly loud The fact that at check in we are being upsold - was incredibly disappointing and poor taste - then we are given the “$200.00 golden key” to use only if you sit through a sales pitch - plus all the vendors walking around the resort and pool trying to constantly sell you. Very disappointing - do better
