Great hotel! Second time back did not disappoint !

This hotel is beautiful to look at, very well looked after and presented. The adults only serenity is lost however in having the bar in the middle of the complex playing beach music all day long into the night, with people gathering around the pool right outside your room door and window. This is a fault of the design but I believe the staff did take action to improve things for guests

This hotel would come with an extremely high recommendation location was excellent close to airport close to beach close to night time entertainment I will definitely be back

Pleasant staff and management

We were two families , came for four days. The hotel staff was very friendly. However, a five star hotel should looks different. The hotel rooms and facilities are in poor condition. We change three rooms until we got a reasonable one, The breakfast is good, and the hotel location is perfect. The hotel is it very big and it is lousy,

Anastasia at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, as was all of the staff ! Everyone we encountered was courteous and always smiling. Would definitely recommend and hope to return sometime soon!

It was divine! One of the best places I’ve stayed at. And so convenient for the beach and restaurants and shopping. The pool was incredible and the service impeccable. Absolute heaven, we loved it.

This hotel describes itself as a 5 star hotel. The staff were 5 star. Everything else was 3 star at best. The place is dated and our room was like a cabana with a shower and bed. You are 1 minute from a beach, but miles away from the main attractions of the island. If you are looking for 5 star accommodation, this place is not for you. If you are looking for a safe hotel and have low expectations this is a great value.

Hotel is very close to the beach but offers peace and quiet away from the crowds. Nice and secluded, noone looking into the hotel from outside. 2 nice pools to swim in. Excellent choice for breakfast of hot and cold dishes. Service is very attentive and helpful from all the staff, they all seem genuinely happy to help.

I like the staff specifically Lila at the front desk this hotel is exceptional👍 I will recommend my friends and family to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, wonderful breakfast and lovely staff. Location of our room was great, however it was rather dated and didn't match the standard of the hotel. The hotel is 5 star but the room was 3 star. Maybe we were unlucky and there's more updated rooms there. But other than that it was stunning and it was incredible value. I would go there again as the good outweighs the not so good and it's great for the price.
