Although not particularly fancy, the hotel is quite nice but most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my 5 night solo stay very much as Famara beach is only 15 mins drive, if you’re into surfing.

Very friendly and welcoming when we arrived, we were given a choice of room. Room was comfortable and clean and had an amazing view. Staff all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Jon in the restaurant was really excellent!

Service of the staff was fabulous. Loved them all. Location was fantastic Bar and restaurant were amazing. Room was very clean but only the towels replaced and the beds were made daily. Floors should be vacuumed daily.

Warm welcome to hotel, information at check in was good. Comfortable room, clean and spacious. Good breakfast and evening dinners. Enjoyed the walk around the Finca and also the 30 minute walk amongst the vines to El Grifo Winery. Pool was nice and refreshing. Reception staff were very helpful.

Our stay of 8 days was perfect. It is a very quiet hotel set in its own vineyard which offered the relaxation we were looking for. The staff are all excellent and we would like to thank Lesley, Martin & Alby for their lovely friendly manner. We ate most nights at the hotel as Dave's food was too good to go elsewhere. We hired a car and would recommend Haria for Saturday Market & Cesar Manrique's home, Janubio & Famara beaches

Friendly staff and overall happy with the stay. Views were stunning and the hotel staff were very nice. The rooms itself were spacious and clean. Only cons were a non working AC (though we were offered another room) and the water not being very warm in the shower. Apart from that, very good at its price.

The room was lovely - very romantic with the sun streaming through the windows through red drapes. The room was a bit cold when we arrived and the heating could have been turned on before we got there as they knew when we were coming and met us at the hotel reception. The breakfast was adequate. Parking was good. You need a car but as the hotel is in the centre of the island you can get to any location quickly and easily.

Terrible. Only 'out of season' facilities available. The bar was closed and when able to get service from the ceaner or the cook was almost empty. No facilites were open gym, restaurant - on demand only, bar, tennis court. Reception was not open so therefore no access to these facilites should they be available and in working use. This hotal is RURAL trying to hire a car / bycylces with no reception access was impossible. We had to pay for a taxi return of approximately E20 every evening.The cleaner and cook where running the service...........................neither spoke English!!!!! I telephoned the number as advertised on reception window to speak with somone who spoke pigeon English only ( or was she faking?). When we checked out the cleaner telephoned the propreiter / manager who gave her directions over the telephone of how to take my visa payment!!!! I spoke with this person to complain who was rude and became aggressive when I suggested due to the facilities not being as advertised a revised cost should be considered. When not responding to her aggression and insisitng teh service was sub standard she suddenty seemed to speak little English. I would like a total refund of £ 338.63p

Restaurant was closed throughout our stay. When we asked when it would be open we were told at 19.30, no staff turned-up! Broken toiletflush was like water torture. Unable to communicate with staff properly. Noisey throughout the night. Advertised facilities not available.

If you want to get away from it all, and stay somewhere discreet, homely and romantic then you won't be disappointed with hotel finca de la florida, it ticks all the boxes and even has a pool! Hire a car and youu can access anywhere easily from here and have an amazing holiday.

Hotel rural con mucho encanto. Ubicación perfecta en la zona de vinos y a poca distancia de todo. La pequeña plantilla se desvive para hacer la estancia muy agradable. La comida del restaurante deliciosa.

Dans un environnement de vignes et de mineralité cet hôtel est une belle introduction à la découverte de l’île et de ses particularités. Accueil chambre et restauration excellentes.

Situation très centrale pour visiter l'île, au calme, loin des zones touristiques. Grande chambre avec plein de placards, une grande salle de bain en chambre sup twin et même une terrasse. Bon restaurant mais un seul serveur. Le réception ferme à 16h30, donc on a reçu un code pour ouvrir la boite située à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Très facile et la dame à la réception est vraiment très serviable.

La situation géographique est centrale et idéale pour rayonner en étoile sur l'île.

Agreable surprise d'un hotel au milieu des vignes, un accueil irréprochable, et un restaurant charmant et d'une tres bonne ambiance. Petits-déjeuners cosy anglais, un délice ! Cuisine locale avec les produits du terroir.

Very nice staff. Quiet place great to discover the island. Breakfast was good and recommended to have an excellent diner.

Durch die Lage im Inselzentrum Top Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren über die Insel. Da es in der näheren Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und keine Restaurants gibt ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall erforderlich.
