Location-wise is good. There is a 7-Eleven below the hotel. Check-in took quite some time. Check-out was quite fast. However, I think the room and the staff cleaning the room needs more improvement. Aircon was spoiled on the 3rd day but no one rectified it until the 4th day when we called the reception. The guest room aircon is also very hot, like just with the blower only. The shampoo was topped up using water only. Hotel slippers were thrown away without replacing a new one. On some days, there were more towels because they didn’t keep them. On some days there were not enough towels. Also, on the third day, we came back around 4 PM and realized that the room hadn’t been cleaned up yet. Lastly, it was booked for a friend's birthday. But we only realized that the rooftop bar was closed for renovation while at the 38th floor.

The room is spacious, three beds are perfect for a family.

A very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and a very extensive daily breakfast menu. I initially planned to stay for two days, but then extended my stay for another two days and will stay at this hotel again when I visit Bangkok. The price is also very reasonable for the facilities.

Accommodation asked for 2K Baht deposit

The room is not soundproof. There is a sound from the water pipes and the sound comes from the air conditioner vents. The technician came to fix it and tighten the nuts. It is still loud at night. The old furniture looks scary and gloomy. The staff is very good. They greet everyone. Friendly staffs and good service mind. The restaurant on the 38th floor has a very good atmosphere.

Decent for the price and more spacious, but rooms a tad old and smell that way. Relatively big gym.

Check in took too long. Booked a room with 1 large bed but when checking in, they were only given a room with 2 single beds. 2 staff stood at the door watching guests carry their own luggage. The room was very spacious, reasonable price. The hotel was a bit old.

Great staycation at this hotel. Convenient to park your car. Comes with great view over the balcony. Credit to traveloka side and hotel's reservation staff for allowing me to change the date of check in at last minute due to unforeseen circumstances
