Breakfast was good and dinner was amazing, especially considering the price. Friendly people. Close to everything there is to do around the area.

Everything was great and the food too but there was no spa although we paid extra money for a room with spa access

We had high hopes for this 4 star hotel but it did not meet our expectations. The room was very comfortable, but the wifi had many issues with connecting and disconnecting consistently. We also went to the restaurant and they had very bad service, kept asking me to move when I was ordering. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is perfect location, beautiful view from room, very clean everyday. The staff are so very helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We had a few bumps in the road in our trip and the staff were very willing to help us figure it out! I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Rating this a 4 star makes me wonder about my entire Expedia experience. First, it is drastically more run down than photos show. This is not 4 star! . Second, We were the ONLY guests and placed on the roadside. Without exaggeration we were inches from the traffic. Loud, dirty and fumes. I cant tell how the mattresses were as we left before I even tried it. . Lost our money for the night and could care less. Dated, no investment in improvement, and slow and rude service upon check in.

Food at the hotel restaurant was very good

Overall, the hotel is good. It offers great views, a good breakfast, a clean room, and a spacious bathroom. However, there was one downside that may not apply to all rooms: our bedroom had a balcony light that was very bright. According to the receptionist, it was supposed to turn off automatically at 11 p.m., but it didn't go off until 11:55 p.m. The light shone directly into our room, and it wasn't possible to block it with the curtains. I would still recommend this place, but I hope they can address this issue so guests can sleep peacefully.

Nadia was amazing as was the staff

It was an okay place to stay. The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor and the toilet seat was weird and incredibly uncomfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good with a nice variety. Location was good for activities in the Dolomites.

There was no ac system in the room but the night was not that warm so we opened the windows for a bit to refreshed the room. Other than that everything else was excellent and convenient. We loved staying here and ejoyed the view.

Outstanding views of the mountains. The restaurant was excellent. I would rate the dinner options more than the breakfast. Eggs were a little cold. The staff works hard. and the service was outstanding. We stayed 3 nights.

Lovely spot with very friendly staff, but the rooms on one side are right next to a very busy road. If you leave the windows open for cool air at night it is very noisy, but if you close them it gets hot. Otherwise, it was a lovely spot.

This hotel was excellent, clean and quiet. We came for the mountain hikes and the spa was a plus after a long hike, it helped us relax and get ready for the next day hike. staff was friendly and approachable. The hotel has bikes for people to ride to the next towns for free, this was a plus for the kids. The scenery is spectacular!

The rooms are reasonably sized. Had a good breakfast selection. Lots of parking. Staff were helpful and location not too far from Cortina (about 20 mins drive).

Their breakfast buffet was like no other anywhere. Multiple bread, cheese, drink, yogurt options. Fresh honeycomb, all kinds of milk, Nutella, jams, homemade breakfast breads, waffles, pancakes. Their pizza was the best I've had in Italy with a crispy crust which was lacking everywhere else. Very clean and modern room. Just be careful of the shower. Wear the slippers they provide our you will slip

Loved the location and condition…The breakfast was great. So was the restaurant at the hotel. Just a short drive from Cortina. Looking to the mountain behind the hotel you can see a waterfall. We drove as far as we could and found the trail an hiked up there. This is a wonderful magical thing to do as the waterfall is glorious,

Everything was good but the bed was too soft

The hotel is lovely, staff helpful and very clean. Breakfast has lots of options to choose from. The only inconvenience we had was a miscommunication about the charges of infldoof pool which wasn't mentioned until we went second time when we ve been already charged with €28 per person, an extra that we would not choose if we knew is not included. Overall, was a good experience

Probably best food experience in my life but there is only one big issue there is no air-con what makes room extremely warm for my unlock I my room been located up to bar so when I tried to cool down room and opened windows there was very noisy downstairs so no way out to sleep
