Very good hotel with Great Staff. Amina at the front desk was particularly attentive with us. The hotel is a short walk away from the lifts and has very comfortable ski lockers on their premises. I would like to make a special mention to their awesome buffet breakfast. It has something for everyone. And very good taste and quality. The only thing I could point out, would be the temperature of the jacuzzi, which is lukewarm.

A friendly hotel with excellent staff and in a very good location

The hotel itself was good, mostly due to the fantastic location right across the Baqueira 1.500 ski lift and pistes. Rooms are small (less than 20 m2), the TV is tiny, and the bathroom is OK. Linens and towels OK. The entire hallway smelled like cigarettes the entire weekend (clearly many people were smoking in their rooms). The spa was fine, nothing spectacular. The pool area was decent, with the exception of the jacuzzi which itself worked fine but the smell of chlorine was just unbearable. The bar/pub was fine, best prices in town for sure. The après-ski area was good and they had food for guests. The service there was pretty bad and not organized at all. There is a ski rental place in property (Cuylas) which I recommend. Also getting the forfeits from the hotel was a good service. The breakfast was bountiful, many carb and protein options, perfect for a day of skiing. They did not spare. Overall the hotel was fine, definitely family friendly, great location near all the good restaurants, bars and slopes. I would recommend improving the service and staff friendliness in general.

The hotel is a little tired round the edges but is clean, functional and has friendly staff. Breakfasts are good with plenty of choice and the location by the ski lift is excellent. My main issues were with the beds which were far more comfortable without the plastic undersheet, and with the thermostat in the room which did not seem to make the room any cooler even when it was freezing outside. Fortunately, it was possible to open the window. Overall, the hotel is good value for money. However, it is worth knowing that there is a free public car park within 5 mins walk. The hotel's underground car park is expensive.

We loved the proximity to the gondola and chair lift from reception, just across the road and up a staircase. The hotel was very good value for money, and our rate included the breakfast buffet. Incredibly clean and comfortable, comfy bed, good amount of storage in the room. Lovely view from the window. Great food served at the bar/dining area, really good value wines and bar snacks. Breakfast restaurant was also really great, a wide variety of different foods, continental, hots to order, pastries. We loved the individual ski lockers allocated to each bedroom, to store all of your ski equipment. Noise from other rooms does travel on the floors, but the hotel do have signs asking for quiet, so you can see they’re being proactive about it. We would totally choose to stay here again, specifically searching for the Tuc Blanc

Nice hotel at the foot of the slopes even though a little dated. Good breakfast and bar for a drink at the end of the day.

Just had a great 4 night ski break at this hotel. OK so architecturally and room decor wise this hotel is not going to win any awards (which you can see from the pictures) in every other respect it is a fantastic & great value hotel. Friendly welcome from reception despite our gone midnight arrival, in fact friendly & helpful reception & bar staff the whole trip. The full buffet breakfast was excellent - frankly as good as any other 4-5* international hotel I've used in the last year. Ski locker room. Pool & Spa (which I never got round to using). Facilities to store your bag so you can ski last day and showers provided before your return home. Great location - cross the road and climb a flight of stairs to the gondola or chairlift, lift pass office and an apres ski bar. I genuinely cannot find a fault based on the price we paid (we managed to book single rooms, which were double rooms charged at half the rate - had we paid full double room price for a single it would have been markedly less attractive). Very limited pay parking at the hotel - but no big deal, drop your bags, drive 200m down the road to the free car park. Hotel bar is nice. Livelier pub in the basement with music & pool table. Ski rental shop in the hotel building. If you haven't gathered, I like this hotel.

Good location and clean but that is about all i can say. Ignored our requests for double bed and quiet room. Changed room immediately to sort double bed but the walls are VERY thin and the flooring is hard so you can hear everything. Internet is poor - keeps falling over requiring phonecalls to reception so they can reset - always a minimum 15 minutes. It is also quite slow. No tea/coffee making facilities

We zijn hier voor de derde keer maar nu hadden we een mooie gerenoveerde kamer! Bedden zijn goed. Eten is uitstekend en erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Niet opkijken als we er volgend jaar weer zijn.

Buena ubicacion, fantastica atencion del personal

De inrichting van het hotel is een beetje donker, maar de kamers, het terras, het eten en het personeel zijn aan te bevelen. Goede tijd gehad bij TucBlanc. Zeker een aanrader als je in de zomer wilt wandelen in de Spaanse Pyreneeën.
