We liked this hotel and gastronomic experience fine, however, with the famous Gastronomic University and Wine Bank on grounds, we felt an experience like we have had in Napa at the Culinary Institute could and should be available for guests. The University is a for " professionals only" and the separation and lack of educational opportunities made us feel somewhat like an after thought visitor while we stayed at Dell Agenzia. The staff was very attentive, facility as nice as most places we have stayed, but the lack of thought toward engaging non professional cooking visitors in a total experience was apparent.
