A historic and charming location and domain; efficient, friendly and personalized service; excellent quality standards. Rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable. The restaurant is a real plus. Delicious food, wine and impeccable service for an overall affordable price. One minus: the spa is not free of charge (this should be said in the description in hotels.com) and it costs the ludicrous amount of 60 euros for 50 minutes. Despite that, a much recommended hotel.

I have stayed in 4 or so hotels in the area over the last few years and this was by far the best experience. The grounds are gorgeous, the food at the hotel restaurant was amazing, and the room was very comfortable. We also love supporting the Slow Food Movement and the students there.

add some sport amenity like tennis or soccer, you have plenty of space! also the BREAKFAST was so poor!!!!!!!!!! extremely limited !!! no variety at all.. small quantities NO APPROVED

Absolutely loved the hotel and grounds which are in a great location for travelling the area. Staff were very helpful and made some great suggestions on things to do and see.

Not the first time I stay there, and I'm disappointed. The restaurant is awesome, with a great selection of local wine. Don't forget the wine tasting at the "wine Bank". Rooms are comfortable, mattress is pretty firm, what I love!

We liked this hotel and gastronomic experience fine, however, with the famous Gastronomic University and Wine Bank on grounds, we felt an experience like we have had in Napa at the Culinary Institute could and should be available for guests. The University is a for " professionals only" and the separation and lack of educational opportunities made us feel somewhat like an after thought visitor while we stayed at Dell Agenzia. The staff was very attentive, facility as nice as most places we have stayed, but the lack of thought toward engaging non professional cooking visitors in a total experience was apparent.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, and we've stayed at lots of 5-star and Relais & Chateaux hotels. The view from the room was spectacular, and the room was huge. The hotel breakfast is the best we've had. The grounds of the hotel are enchanting. It's just a short drive to Bra. The university is also super cool. We used the spa and got a couples massage, which was a fantastic price and very high quality. The pool is fantastic too. We will definitely be back!

We were on this hotel for the second time and when we next time travel to Barolo region, we will again book here. The location is good, hotel is very nice. The restaurant specialises in slow food and has a great wine list - local wines very well represented.

Unique stay at a historic structure. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with knowledge of the area.

The location is convenient for travel around the Langhe area, but the roads around the hotel are heavily trafficked with large trucks: the hotel is in a very industrial area.
