The property is charming and unique in its own way. Very close to areas of interests.The staff was great especially Stella. She's a gem! Her customer service was superb! Very accommodating which made our stay more special.

It would have been perfect but we got upgraded to a suite with the bedroom upstairs . Small . No way to get on or off the bed from the sides as it was squeezed in between walls . The stay could have been perfect . I’d recommend but do not accept the suite with upstairs bedroom

The location was good in that it was about a 15 minute walk to the river and had restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were excellent as was the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was varied and a good standard. The only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioning; it was apparently set to heating at this time of year and wouldn’t cool the room which was quite warm, despite outside temperatures of 8 degrees. The unit was very noisy and so we had to turn it off regardless. However that meant opening the window and letting in noise from outside. Other than that we had a lovely stay, and really appreciated the free drinks and biscuits by the lift (tea during the day and mulled wine in the evening).

The hotel is very nice and clean and very well located. The staff was great providing us with everything from luggage keeping to buying tickets for Szechenyi and giving us towels and bathrobes for our spa day. Great option for could and families alike.

Staff was exceptional. The robes and slippers were lovely. Treats in the courtyard in the evening and breakfast in the morning were delightful.

Good central location. Easy to get about. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Quite a few nice touches like complimentary mulled wine for the cold evenings. Extensive choice of foods at breakfast and restaurant was open until 10.30am at the weekend. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a rather nice hotel. Thank you.

Amazing stay! The entire team went above and beyond the entire stay- every single person!! Can’t say enough good things about the team! The location is superb, the room was great and very clean. We appreciate all the “little” things that the hotel thought of- the mulled wine, ability to borrow umbrellas on a rainy day, water at the departure etc! Definitely highly recommend!
