The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the spa!

Pros: friendly staff, good location. Cons: the WiFi was not working at all for the entirety of my 3 day trip. I asked everyday and was told “we’ll reboot it” but it never worked. Not acceptable for a city hotel. The hotel had also run out of day passes for the local health club they partner with - again, not acceptable for a hotel that advertises itself as having gym access. If the WiFi had worked and the gym day passes were available, I would have rated the hotel 3 or 4 stars (taking into account the cost).

The rooms are nice, the beds are comfy and everything seemed very clean! No noise in our room (faced a courtyard). Breakfast was great! Love that they give an hour of “spa” credit but it’s just ok. Still a nice perk. Great location and super nice staff! Would stay again!

This lovely little hotel has exactly what you need to enjoy Buenos Aires. Very comfortable. Quiet. Lovely breakfast. It is situated right on the edge of Palermo Soho, a walkable area with lots of boutiques and restaurants. We found it very accessible to explore the main highlights of B.A. as well. Recommend!

Good location, friendly staff. Bedroom was a bit tired but public areas have been recently upgraded. For the money would recommend and stay again. Many thanks

I stayed only one night, but everything went well. Good breakfast and very helpful staff in helping me get a tour ticket and retrieving a phone charger that I had forgotten.

I didn't see the hot tub. The bar was so nice.

Room needed repainting. No body lotion but shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand wash and hand cream was supplied. Couldn’t turn off the noisy air conditioning unit with the remote in Room 101 which was a shame as would have preferred the breeze from the balcony window. Lovely building and area perfect for restaurants and bars. Arrived very late so didn’t get to use the spa facilities. Was offered free glass of wine. Despite the trouble with the air conditioning unit, I would still recommend this hotel if you want something different from the usual hotel chains.

Great customer service in Español and English. Beautiful building and central in Buenos Aires. Nice morning breakfast as well. Clean.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast bar was sufficient. The location is great and I felt very safe walking around the area. The WiFi could have been more reliable. Overall, it’s an average stay that works well if you’re looking for something simple and convenient.

Awesome staff, great location.

Room was large and clean. Staff very helpful. Always cleaning around the pool and cafe area. If you stay 2 or 3 nights you learn lots of cafes a few blocks away. Breakfast was more than expected. Lots of parks close by.

Great staff, great hotel, they found my ipods and returned it to me. They also have delicious breakfast buffet. Highly recommended! Staff speak excellent English and is very polite.
