Staff Assistance: all the staffs are very friendly and helpful though language could be a barrier. Highlights: it's the location that made us come back checking in at this hotel. Hagia Sophia and Sultanhamet mosques, bus station to/from the airport, Sultanhamet and Gulhane stations are just a walk away. Price: it's all worth it

Amazing experience. The place near masjid so, if you are muslim you can sholat in hagia sofia just walk 5 minutes, near trem, grand bazar, and central of city. Staff muzafir from turkmenista and mustafa from syiria was amazing people. Very helpful, and keep smiling everytime and also kind.
