I would strongly advise against staying here. This is not a professional serviced apartment environment; it feels more like a restrictive hostel with zero regard for resident privacy.
Outdated Policies & Harassment: Be warned about their "mixed-gender policy" and visitor hours, which management uses as an excuse to harass residents. For females no male guests are allowed in the apartment post 11 pm (they will go to any extent to ensure this, including incessant calling). This is entirely inconsistent with Other serviced apartments in Doha!
One incident was - despite pre-clearing my guest’s stay in writing, I was woken up by incessant calling from staff at midnight demanding they leave—even though they had just checked the guest in at 10:50 PM. This was supported by a rude receptionist who wouldn’t listen what I had to say and would repeat the same monologue of having the guest leave the apartment. Overall, mismanagement is at the highest level with the guests being asked why they were on the premises at different times by different people from the hotel. This in no way functions like a five-star hotel that they claim to be, rather it’s a hostel situation in a highly conservative environment.
Management & Housekeeping Failures:
The management is the worst in all hotels I’ve stayed at in Doha. Staff do not read prior communications until you are forced to get agitated. Furthermore, the "serviced" aspect is a letdown; housekeeping arrived at 2:00 PM, promised to return in three hours, and then simply never showed up.
Housekeeping quality itself is poor with laptop being left on the floor. Pillows not being picked up post room cleaning, etc. overall, this would be the first and last time I would stay at this property. And would strongly caution everyone to read their policies and fully understand what they’re getting themselves into. There are several other services apartments in Doha that provide excellent service and amenities for the same price.
