I can’t say enough great things about my stay here! It was very clean and staff were very helpful and accommodating. I stayed at a couple hotels/ resorts in Maceió, and this was by far the best.

I brought into by something that was interesting about and when I try to cancel it was very difficult. They promised something and was a trap. Won’t stay there again.

Bathroom dirty, hot tub didn't work, not alot of food options.

The hotel needs renovation! The room is a good size but the floor was dirty! When you go out to the shower, walk into the room, your foot will turn black! The location is great!

Ficamos 2 dias no Ritz Lagoa das Antas, ótima opção para quem gosta de estar próximo à praia. Piscina excelente e clima do hotel foi acolhedor.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are extremely nice and welcoming and the pool is great! It's situated right beside the sea so the location is great too. We had a spa treatment too which was a great price and very enjoyable!

1. bathroom issues - missing keys, missing shower door, old and yellow towels when supposed to be white. 2. crib issues - torn crib 3. very small tv in the room. 4. grumpy employees. 5. hotel far away from everything... After this hotel, I stayed in the RADISSON, much better, recommended
