Personale gentilissimo, hotel ristrutturato con molto gusto. Colazione fantastica, a parte il caffè che non è quello meraviglioso napoletano, ma questa è una mia fissazione e amore per il caffè napoletano. È tutto eccellente e lo raccomando vivamente.

Good hotel in not good location, but this is Naples.

Staff were amazing, helping my friend to get to the hotel late at night from the airport when there was a general strike. They really went above and beyond. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Easy walking distance to metro and tram for the city centre.

We just needed a place to stay last minute before a very early flight. The place was good what stood out is the man running it. He was just amazing! So nice! Got my wife coffee at 3:30 am and had a taxi waiting and ready to go when we needed to leave. Maybe the nicest person we met our entire trip to Italy!

The hotel is not very far from Sorrento, just 15-20 mins walking distance. The owner/staff is very friendly and provides good customer service.

Nice hotel! Room was clean. Stayed overnight before our flight out of Naples. Close proximity to the airport.

All we needed was a bed before an early flight and it gave us that. The staff was nice and helpful but the bed was hard, the towels were threadbare and there was no hot water. The wifi was also not working and the room itself was very noisy.

The staff are super nice and kind, the facility looks nice, but the room smelled as if 10 people were smoking there. They put two air fresheners that we had to put outside because it was overwhelming. They gave us an outside room so if you book there make sure is not room 16, old, smelly and dingy. But you get what you pay for… again, the staff is great!
