Not great. The room was very cramped with the 3 of us and the first room was full of mould so I asked to move which they did immediately. The staff were lovely which was the only good thing about the hotel.
The parking was atrocious, especially if you arrived in anything bigger than a roller skate/Renault Clio. The hotel is badly maintained and desperately needs a makeover. At times it felt like we were visiting fawlty towers. The lift nearly works but I wouldn’t recommend getting in it with your luggage, just send your luggage, if it fits.
The hotel is perfectly positioned in Caen but whoever owns it doesn’t want to invest in it.
If it were managed properly it could be ideal.
And lastly whoever said in a review don’t worry about the parking, must have cycled.
