Hotel as room service which is great when you're tired after travelling. One query was the cost of a glass of red wine , they charged $21 which I think was incorrect, will query next time.

Disappointed with the TV reception, or lack of!! Stuttering reception. NO sound on one channel and the channels were random and missing a couple of options. The shower was a nightmare- leaked through the large gap under the door and built for people of 5ft 6' only. Had to mop up water off the floor after every use. Online pics did not meet the actual room and the furnishings were dated. On a positive note, it was great to have a washer and dryer. The restaurant attached also offered a good range of dining.

Handy location lovely food at the restaurant but no breakfast available when we stayed .... not sure you can call yourself a hotel and not do breakfast

The only problem was limited tv channels and fuzzy reception. No streaming services either and couldn't cromecast into tv. Very disappointing. Otherwise excellent stay.

Managers couldn't even say hello, in general place felt unhappy, I'm sure housekeeping staff would report issues as there were a number of them and management would say humm. Only positive, the bed was good

Wasnt impressed with the staff on arrival as there was no one at reception for quite sometime . Even had another customer come while i was waiting and she had to wait as well. Evwn a cleaner showed up.and was txtn to see where the staff member was . Once in the room the tv was snowy was horrible ended up getting the internet going through tv that was the only way to view the apps on it as tv itself was shocking .

Curtains failed, shower nozzle blocked.

Room was clean and tidy and heating/cooling efficient. Bed was a bit firm for my liking and not being able to keep the window open, for security reasons, during the night meant it got stuffy

Concierge was very accomodating when I asked for a room on the ground floor. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Our room was exceptional and clean for our needs, Oh didn't know how to turn fridge on, forgot to ask. The TV required batteries for remote but well attended to. Overall a great stay and service was there if you wished.

Best fish dish ever, so good we ate it twice 😋 Spacious rooms. Immaculate. Great wee indoor pool & spa pool, although the pool could do with being deeper. Overall doesn't look much from the outside but oh wow go inside & you'll be blown away, including by the helpful & knowledgeable staff.

Reception lobby was so warm and inviting as were the staff when someone eventually came to the counter, but everything went a bit downhill from that point. A room change was necessary due to a burning smell (faulty microwave). 2nd room had major cleanliness issues in kitchen and lounge area and a broken cooker resulting in our dinner being cooked by the restaurants helpful chef! The freezer was so frozen up the door wouldn’t open! Staff were very apologetic but it marred what has been a lovely day. The Indoor pool had a low waterline and tiles missing. The hotel room in general need some serious TLC. Staff were nice although very few of them. Took a walk down to the beach nearby which was pleasant.

We reported to the desk manager that there is air in the water pipes and it is continually flowing quite loudly in the shower drain and, something was flowing from outside from outside causing loud running water noise. He said it was the person upstairs using the washing machine. We noticed the hotel's laundry room/services are next door but regardless, the hotel is old and does have air in it pipes. These means the water flow in the bathroom sink is very inconsistent and, the shower pressure is like a fire hose!
