Great staff, didn’t enjoy the bathroom, the tails were dirty. It was disgusting.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Had a shower problem since our arrival, as touching the shower knobs was giving an electric shock. The staff were very helpful and transfered our daughers to another room, but our room showed the same problem. They sent a technician, it was solved the first day then happened again and again. And we had to update our key card every day, as it stopped opening the door. Too many problems for such a short stay.

Don't stay here! I had no choice because my original hotel had overbooked their rooms. This hotel was old and run down, the room smelled horrible (lack of cleaning) and the bathroom had no water pressure or hot water! Breakfast was decent. But the staff was friendly.

Hotel Foz do Iguacu was extremely run down! Which is a shame because if it were repaired and maintenance were kept up, it would be a treasure! Pictures online do not truthfully depict the condition of the hotel. Their credit card reader was not functioning and our reservation through Expedia was lost. In our room, the bathroom light and fan would not turn on. We tried exchanging the light bulbs with some we knew worked and checked the electrical box to see if the breaker had kicked off. Nothing helped. Maintenance was called but never came. The lights in the main room flickered on and off all night. The phone didn't work. We had reserved 2 nights but moved after one night into a very comfortable, clean, well kept hotel one block away for less than we had to pay at Hotel Foz do Iguacu.

Em 15 dias fomos duas vezes para Foz e ficamos nesse hotel no centro da cidade. Super bem localizado, colaboradores super educados, uma estrutura maravilhosa. Queremos voltar sempre que pudermos!

Sempre que venho a foz fico nesse hotel e sempre recomendo aos amigos, mas dessa vez infelizmente a cama estava cheia de bichos estranhos não sei dizer se eram ácaros gigantes ou oque era pareciam carrapatos de tão grande… isso atrapalhou o descanso e sem contar o desconforto no corpo por conta das mordidas

Quarto simples, mas limpo. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Café da manhã delicioso com muitas opções de sucos naturais, pães, bolos, etc

Hospedagem tudo certo. rápido o check café da manhã maravilhoso e a piscina com Bar funciona até às 22:00. Muito bom localização ótima.

Quarto limpo, confortável e localização

Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa! O hotel é muito bem localizado, limpo, equipe simpática, café da manhã muito bom. As acomodações, pelo menos no quarto que ficamos,um.pouco antigas, mas nada que incomodasse ou atrapalhasse a estadia! Enfim, recomendo demais!

El hotel excelente nos encantó , tranquilo , bien servicio y menú en el desayuno , está bien en el centro adsequible a tiendas restaurantes , lo único que tiene problema es en el internet creo que deben mejorar ese aspecto no todas las habitaciones tiene un buen acceso a la wiffi es mala la señal, realmente si mejoran eso estaría excelente
